the White Oak girls do play 3 freshman together during games. Both Goll twins are on varsity. One starts the other comes off the bench. Another freshman starts with the last name of Sutton, does that name ring of 3's. there is a total of 4 freshman on the varsity this year with all getting playing time. Should bode well for the future of Ladyneck basketball in the coming years, not to take away from what the team has done this year.

The 8th grade Sabine girls have now lost 3 straight summer league basketball games to the 8th grade White Oak girls.WO has 3 8th graders playing with the varsity in summer league, two that start the games on the floor. Sabine, don't talk about how good your girls are until they have played the best, now they have and they are winless against this very talented group of girls.

To bad the Sabine 8th grade girls never ran into the White Oak 8th grade girls in volleyball or basketball. These girls finished undefeated in both basketball and volleyball and won both VB and BB tournaments they played in. The only chance they had to play each other was in the Sabine VB tourney but the Sabine girls did not make it to the championship game. Could be some good battles brewing in the near future. WO has lots of girls that play club VB and Club BB.

How far should an 8th grade girl thrpw the discus?

Heard the White Oak 8th grade girls team finished the season undefeated, only one close game all season. Also heard they have 6-7 girls who have played over 250 basketball games since the started playing together 8 years ago.

So none of these coaches have won a state title? How about taking a team to Austin for the state tournament?

I've read many times the WO coach is the best coach in East Texas, his teams always seem to win a lot of games. How many state titles has he won in his coaching career?
