Slikk i thought u said the Tigers were going to win..U said that u were their biggest fan on here...(a true tigerfan)..This sounds like ure saying that the EAGLES will win..now is this a true tigerfan....(LOL)

Yea u can run the ball out of the spread..but you have to be able to pass first..(this is what spreads the defense out)...I dont belive Daingerfield will be able to throw the ball(QB not very accurate, center is not consistent) ..So the tigers will rely on the run..U cant rely on the run in the spread...Defenses will figure this out and (run blitz) and put 6 or 7 people in the box..and if the tigers cant make plays through the air when defense do this...it could be a long season for the tigers..I guess we will find out Friday against Tatum..

First of all Jared isnt Manuel Jhonson..the spread is a passing offense...not a running offense...( How can we run the ball out of the spread..when the center either snaps it over Jared's head or at his feet...this will throw the timeing off) Jhonnie runs with power and speed...and I believe he can run in the I-formation..

First of all slikk i do know Jared Hill and he is a model young man...and a great kid..but slikk that doesnt make him a QUARTERBACK...Jared is a playmaker..but not at quaterback...(at WR)...I wasnt beat him down either...just speaking the truth..and you said it yourself slikk Jared want be able to throw the ball around last year like Matt did..So why would you want to run the spread for??????????????I have no promblem with jared being the QB...but why build the offense around him..when he cant throw the ball that well..and why not build the offense around Jhonnie..BECAUSE HE CAN RUN IT...I just dont think the Tigers will be able to run the spread this year..But im not the coach..so I hope the tigers can prove me wrong..and i hope that Jared does to....Good Luck Tigers

Well said, they have one of the best backs in the state. Why would u try and spread the offense out, when u dont have a quaterback to throw the ball, let alone a center to snap it to him. The tigers need to figure something out and quick. (If they do continue to run the spread, their best chance is to let Jhonnie play Quarterback)

Who believes the tigers can run the spread offense this year, and actually win more than two games. In order to run the spread u need a CENTER and QUARTERBACK. (the tigers dont have either) Jared Hill is an outstanding reciver, but not a quarterback. Do the coaches not see this? Is their any hope for the tigers this year? They do have an outstanding RB. Hope the tigers prove me wrong.

Congrats to the tigers on a great game and good luck tommorrow. Who would of thought that the tigers would throw their number 4 and 5 pitcher. I guess Coach knows what he is doing.

Just talked to the Coach Harvey and he said that the game will be at Hallsville at 1:00 Friday and then at noon on saturday also at Hallsvie

This game has been rained out and they will try again tommorrow in Diana

Its 2 out of 3 Thursday at 6:30 in Diana Friday at 6:30 in D'field and Saturday at 1:00 in D'field if needed

Any thoughts on the game?

D'field plays the loser of New Diana and Harleton, they are both tied for first place, and they play today in Ore City
