  1. Dear Mr. Fantasy Feeling Alright Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys
  2. I never really got into Sorreo Speedwagon. I saw them as a backup band to the Doobie Brothers back in the day. It was amazing how more polished the Doobie Brothers were than Speedwagon.
  3. Must of got lost......... I saw them way back in the 70's at Moody Coliseum. Those were the days.
  4. I always like Zepplins reference to Tolkien and The Lord of the Rings in Ramble On: In the darkest depths of Mordor I met a girl so fair And the evil Gollum crept up and took away with her
  5. True, but would you not agree that classic rock radio stations have played "Hotel California" to death??? If I never hear that song again the rest of my life, it would be no loss to my ears. There are much better Eagles songs they could play: "On The Border" "James Dean" "Good Day In H*ll" "Too Many Hands" "Those Shoes" "Teenage Jail" I like Joe Walsh (James Gang, solo), but I thought the Eagles were better before he came along.
  6. I just don't need some movie critic to tell me if a movie is good or not. I've never let the "thumbs up or thumbs down" determine if I was going to see a particular movie or not. I like to see the trailer or other previews and make up my own mind.
  7. I always laugh when the so called critics think they know more than the general public. Here is what the general public thinks: As the top movie for a third weekend in a row, The Return of the King, the third and final episode in the Hobbit saga, earned an estimated $30.7 million, marching to a current overall gross of $291.9 million, according to studio estimates Sunday. Its worldwide gross is up to $677 million.
  8. I'm a little older, so I grew up listening to the Allman Brothers and Little Feat, but Skynyrd was also good.
  9. You need to go to work ML4E. I'm a big SW fan, but LOTR will beat it at the box office. Did you know that the basis for Star Wars came from the LOTR triolgy?
  10. It's not a fruit ML4E. The LOTR has already grossed 1.8 billion dollars as today and the 3rd and probably the best movie of the trilogy is scheduled for release Dec. 17. Once everything is said and done it will be the highest grossing movie of all time. The world premier of ROTK was in Wellington, New Zealand yesterday (our time), so let the anticipation begin.
  11. A lot of the singers mentioned are great, but Hank Sr. kind of set the table for the others.
  12. Didn't he marry his adopted daughter, or something sick like that. That's pretty intellectual.
