Can't ingnore the Stars anymore! They are legit and the other in the conference need to take notice. It's noce to finally see them getting some national attention on ESPN and in the Yahoo sports. Keep it rolling boys! I will be there Wednesday and can't decide if I should wear my ribs jersey or the Benn Jersey I got for Christmas. Already counting the hours until the game tonight.

Fairly good game last night. You could see the Richards goal was good from our seats in 314! Kari was awesome again last night. It so nice to have a patient goalie that doesn't panic on a break away. All in all a win is a win. just hope we string more than 3 together this time.

I report to our district Athletic Director. The head coaches here in our school district are just campus coordinators.

Conventions and different seminars are required to keep our cetifications and liscensure updated. Just to keep current in the state you have to have 25 hours of continuing education credits every two years. 75 hours for the National Certification every 3 years. This is what I was implying when talking about being a students trainer. I could care less if the coach gets mad at me or wants to yell at me about an injury. I am going to do what is best for that student athlete, based on my medical knowledge.

I like to think of myself as a player's athletic trainer. I would rather have a kid healthy then having to create a fund for him because a coach wanted him out there no matter what. I am lucky to work for a coach who understands that if I don't think a kids should return he doesn't fight it. I know for sure that if the kid had a concussion he would not be back in 3 days. Our district has a policy that we follow that states that the kid doesn't have any activity for at least a week. Now if it is a kid who is a senior and tears his ACL and wants to play the last two games or something, I would tape and brace them to see if they could go. If it is a junior or something I would just rather get them repaired and healthy for next year. In the long run I would rather have an athlete healthy and living a normal life, than being the one who put him back in and something serious happened. Just my two cents worth.

That was a my bad on the horn game. They are still playing. Had a huge fight that had to be broken up. Cleared both teams off the field and now desoto is winning 61-47 with 4 minutes still left

Great come from behind win tonight for the stallions. Longview will still be tough. Desoto also lost tonight to Horn. This district just got thrown for a loop. Anyone see little Horrace Borders truck the kid in on the way to the endzone? I do have one question. Why did Longview get away from running with #7? That kid was killing us. good luck to the Lobo's the rest of the way!

I don't know what it was, but it was nice to see the boys not give up 40+ shots! I will be in the building on Saturday! Looking to keep this streak alive now.

Did not expect a 4-0 start either, but i am loving every minute of it! Hope we take care of business tonight against Tampa Bay!

The Stallions are coming off of a 49-11 win. 21-9 was the halftime score. I am thinking this may be one of the fastest games of the year, since both teams run the football. I think it will be a closer game then most are thinking. Stallions probably will need to win at least 1 more to get one of the playoff spots.

I had it recorded on Fox Southwest. Hope you aren't a victim of the dish network ignorance. I actually got something in the mail from those idiots trying to get me to switch. Keeping My U-Verse for a long time! Anyways that was a heck of a game by the boys last night! I am really enjoying the new attitude of this team so far. Oh and having Kari back there looking real comfy helps out.

Heck of a game by the Stallions last night. We take the ball in the endzone and make it 30-27 things could have been intresting. Have to hang on to the ball. Desoto's defense has some holes. Thought the Stallions could run it all night. Desoto has some crazy speed though and they will for a long time. All in all it was a great game. :thumbsup:

Hope to see Kari at his best tonight. I was at the game tuesday and sloppy is about the only way to describe it. Can't wait to see what Ott and Benn can do tonight.

I now have my season tickets in hand! Can't wait for the season to start. Hope the boys can do what the flyers did last year. And until MO retires he will be public enemy number 1. I like the guy, but not in a winged wheel! GO STARS!!! :dallasstars: :thumbsup:
