  1. I don't think either scores 20. The defenses will determine this game.
  2. Les Miles is trying to show them how it's done. Just ignore it yourself and let the team decide.
  3. If those teams played in the SECSECSEC it would strengthen their case. Since they are Pac12 teams and not in the SECSECSEC they are sorrier than Auburn, Miss. ST and Missori. Let's not forget SHSU, they played for a National title.
  4. So 5 game winning streaks of SMU, South Carolina St., Arkansas, Ole Miss and Louisiana Tech are supposed to impress? I'll agree that beating Bama and OU were impressive but that 6 game winning streak also included Auburn, Miss St, Sam Houston St., and Missouri. aTm played 4 good opponents and were 2-2 against them.
  5. Comprehension isn't one of his strong points. WE all understood you. He is just arguing for the sake of arguing and probably sitting at the keyboard chanting SECSECSEC
  6. The highlighted is the smartest thing you've ever said and you are right. Florida did get better as the season went by.
  7. For a fact huh? You know that if Florida and aTm played late season that aTm would've won for a fact??? Well tell me who will win all the games this upcoming season and I'll go to Vegas and you and I can retire!!!!! Muschamp is not an idiot. he knows how to scheme for mobile QBs. I was using the LSU game to show you my argument. That in the 7th game of the season, with a bigger playbook, a more prepared Manziel that LSU was still able to figure out that keeping Manziel in the pocket was the smart thing to do. What? You think that bigger playbook arguement only helps you? It in fact proves what I am saying.....that coaches plan to keep Manziel in the pocket as best as they can. His feet are deadly. It only took Muschamp a half of a game to realize that. Regardless of having a bigger playbook, downfield passing, or whatever you want to argue if you keep him in the pocket he isn't the same player as he is when he is scrambling. Florida lost to Louisville because of Teddy Bridgwater. He is deadly in the pocket and they let him stay there and he made them pay. You know for a fact??? please... You sound like FalseLineQueen66
  8. Have you looked at the Aggies schedule. Case McCoy could go 10-2 playing for the AGs.
  9. With Manziel the Ags go 11-1 or 10-2 with a potential BCS bowl game. Without him I think they are 10-2 or 9-3. they have a very favorable schedule and have the playmakers and offensive gameplan for a young QB to succeed.
  10. That defense that was gutted by LSU's running game would've stepped up and shut Florida's down!!! Ha
  11. You know that for a fact? LSU was the 7th game of the season and he was held below his avg on comp. percentage, passing yards, rushing yards, TD and threw 3 INT. I guess the gameplan was limited against them. NO need to try again. The proof is there that you can gameplan and adjust you gameplan (as Florida did) to better contain JF. He is a player, but not superman. His legs are what make him the dynamic player he is, not his arm. When he gets contained to the pocket, his completion percentage went down (second half of Florida and the entire LSU game) and he becomes less effective. The stats are there to prove it.
  12. he had 30 yds rushing and 276 passing. However his completion percentage was way down and he had 0TD and 3INT. This is evidence that if you keep him in the pocket he becomes less effective in the offense. Dude is a player, you have to account for him on every play. Florida and LSU figured it out. Saban didn't.
  13. LSU held him to less than 30 yds rushing. Chavis and Muschamp must be friends and talk regularly.
  14. Exactly. It only took Muschamp one half to figure out the kid's strongpoints and how best to defend him. He knew that JF's feet were what was going to beat them.
  15. Manziel had 3-4 rushes for good yardage that ended in 1st downs or a TD. He had several plays that he extended with his feet and made completions for positive yards or avoided a sack. Florida kept him in the pocket for the second half and didn't allow him to beat them with his feet. aTm didn't know what they had??? Neither did Florida, they just made halftime adjustments to what kept hurting them in the first half. JF's best assett is his feet. He still demands the respect from the defense. Good try on downplaying how Florida shut him down the second half.
  16. Muschamp figured it out in only one half of football last season. He held the aTm offense in check and scoreless in the second half. Love it or not, there is a way to prepare for this kind of player. Florida didn't rush him the second half and made him sit in the pocket.
  17. The proof usually comes after the investigation ends. He will either be cleared or buried. If he plays the season the Ags have a 50-50 shot that the wins and any championshiops will be allowed or forfeited due to him being ineligible. Aggies should hope for a speedy process. Just ask Reggie Bush, he lost his Heisman 4-5 years after the fact and they still don't know what went on with Cam Newton(sarcasm).
  18. The relationship seems good after a season has played out. I was being ripped by your half brother aggie about something I said before the season started.
  19. Don't go over to 3adownlow and say anything like that. They'll call you self-righteous and belittle you for saying anything negative about Johnny "20 year old kid having the time of his life" Manziel.
  20. These sdc Aggies here are amusing. They fully expected Manziel and Sumlin to click like they did. Sure!!!
  21. Please let us know. Did you in fact know that Manziel would have the year he did before seeing him in action? We want to hear this answer, because if you did you should be hired by Sumlin as his recruiting coordinator. We are waiting for your answer.
  22. I guess you knew Johnny Manziel would be as good as he is.
  23. He also played 4 really good teams (LSU, Florida, Alabama, OU). His record was 2-2 and was almost a fumbled snap away from losing to Bama. That fumbled snap ended up being his "Heisman Moment" somehow. His team also pulled off a stunner at the grove in Oxford. IF Sumlin was running the Texas offense, yes I'd love to have JF. He fits that type of offense nicely. Case Keenum put up gawdy numbers for Sumlin ^^^ don't put words in my mouth...just sayin
