  1. I've seen him for four years and he is one of the most competetive kids I've ever seen. He always seems to have a great attitude and plays the game right. I think he will succeed in whatever he does. His parents should be proud and give themselves a big pat on the back for a job well done. Good luck Joe!
  2. If Gilmer would not have miraculously turned in 1 student under the cutoff last time they probably would not have been in that district. I know ther were closer division 2 districts, bet when they draw that line and you are on one side of it the UIL doesn't care as long as their numbers work out.
  3. When you go to the specific games it is over on the right. It is not in the forums part of the app. Once the game starts it says "chat" at the bottom of the specific game, but until then just click on "game" at the bottom.
  4. Is your reason because the kid sold y'all out after coming to LE and then returning to Princeton? That would grind my gears also.
  5. I was really talking about taking NL lightly. I know y'all won't take Princeton lightly.
  6. The field will still be wet with all the rain we are getting. LE should definitely win but it is very tough playing in NL so LE could make a big mistake taking the the Panthers lightly. I don't know of any coaches that ever take a game lightly, but 16-18 year old young men, now that's a different story.
  7. Congratulations from Pittsburg to the Dawgs and Coach Surratt. Also to Redbone Harris, the AP. It makes us feel better that others know Graham aint no pushover.
  8. Congratulations to my Alma Mater. I'm in Pitt now and wish we could have done it too. Yall had a dominating year. Great Job!!!
  9. #10 is a great athlete, but there is more to being a QB than being an athlete. IMO #10 doesn't have the mental makeup to play QB. He does a great job at receiver and cornerback. Also, not that it matters, the Manleys are not relatives of the super. If you know the super, you know that, if someone isn't doing the job satisfactorily, she has no problem getting rid of them, kin or not. I agree that Pitt needs to give some other kids some reps at those key positions. Go Pitt.
  10. Saul Martinez from Pittsburg has to be mentioned. Although he has missed some long field goals this year, his kickoffs are boomers. The only time he doesn't have a touchback is when they squib kick with little time left or the wind is hard in his face. He has really been a weapon for us this year. Just thought he deserved a mention.
  11. Just as you stated about the Daingerfield fans, the Pittsburg fans are not at all like the crazy person that called KYKX. He was probably just super-pumped about our big win over Kennedale. We are very excited about the season we are having and our team has won some big games in a very tough district. I am from Daingerfield and want the Tigers to go kick butt as much as anyone. But please don't assume that all our Pittsburg fans are so arrogant as that guy. We respect our opponents and know that any team can be beat on any given day. Daingerfield is studly and I wish ya'll the best against Newton and the rest of the playoffs.
  12. Pittsburg travels down US 271 and then Texas 300 to Longview. PG travels US 59 to Linden, Texas 155 to US 259, US 259 to Longview. Sounds like some pretty equal highways to me, besides I'm sure we all have headlights.
