Make sure your coach sent the boys in for all-state. Our coach told me that he nominates all kids worthy of making all-state. Then it is up to the THSBCA to decide who gets on the team!! Gongrats to the players that made it.

WOW!!! its amazing how Overton has not got any credit all year long. Rankings don't mean a thing....I think everyone knows that...........but I think Overton deserves a little credit. They have played well all year long, ranked or not. I think two good teams will face each other this week and the best will come out on top. Throw the rankings out.......Its the playoffs baby!!! Anything can happen!!!

Jackson has only been at Overton for 3 years. The program started back up a year before he got there. But basically yes, he has done it from the ground up!

Carlisle will still be strong with the ones that return for them........should be a pre-season top 10 team. Overton will bring back more starters than anyone in the District so it will be interesting to see what they can do. Don't forget about Beckville.......I know they lost some key players but Hubbard and Ogden are some solid players and could keep them strong. I think all three teams will have a chance at the District title!!
