You need to go back and re-read my post. I said that the only true success is State Championships. Not a proponent of everyone gets a trophy at all.

I can't help but be absolutely amazed when I see statements like this. But it is obvious the Lobo faithful know all about patience. It comes down to how success is measured. If your satisfied by winning seasons and district championships so be it. But I feel anything less than state championships is no different than going 3-7. Year in, year out, getting knocked out of the playoffs just sounds like a ruined deer season to me. Oh well, to each his own. But being a bridesmaid, but rarely a bride (1937), has to get old.

You are clueless... What I said is EXACTLY correct. the superintendent picks them and board eith accepts or rejects their recommendation.

I can assure you that the schoolboard does not pick Coaches. That job is reserved by statute for the superintendent. They will vote on the recommendation, but they do not choose the candidate. i know this comes as a shock, but it's the straight running truth.
