That Said 3 Weeks later who knew Arps So Deshawn Reed would be a next level stud at RB for Arp. Point is West Rusk is a good team but not near who they have been. Last night Arp and Troup played an incredible game for both Sides. Arp is a lot better than you think! Troup and Arp are the 2 best teams in district regardless of the record. These 2 teams as I Said in the very beginning of the season will play twice this season

Well I expect it to be one of the highest scoring games of the year and come down to the last 5 mins. Luckily for Arp they got a taste of Troup last night against Grand Saline who has one of the fastest teams and kid in the region. Key Matchups will be Arps Secondary and Troups Run Stops. Troup does not do well against the run. They don’t do bad but size is a disadvantage in the box for Troup. Arp runs the ball very well but they’re secondary is prone to get out of position and give up a big play. Arp is incredible at the Run stop. Their Dline is one of the best in the region. Troup is incredible at Throwing with a very Talented QB TE and WR combination. Arp has a QB that’s easily one of the Best in the State. Take all that and throw it out. It’s Arp Vs Troup. Theirs no telling who will win. Records and Ranking mean nothing. This Rivalry has seen upsets year in year out. Still the Number 1 Rivalry in Texas. Let’s Go Arp. Wreck em!

That was for the fun of aggravating After seeing Arp Troup and west Rusk. Troup has a great offense. West Rusk is injury riddled unfortunately. Arp is most complete and consistent in all phases. any 3 can win District. But I’m honestly thinking Arp is playing some great Fundamental football. Arp vs Troup should be the most packed out Rival game of 2023

West Rusk

60 and 56 yarders cheap Arp called the dawgs off when Carlisle was gassed and down 4 scores. It was a good game. Depth and overall Speed was the difference between the two. Both are going to have great years.
