Congrats to the Lions on their victory. Having played for and graduated from Henderson in the 90s, when we were a powerhouse, it is good to see them back to winning ways. It was probably one of the best games i have ever played in or watched. It was good to see Coach Sory, Coach Malone, and others who have spent the majority of their career at Henderson to get a State Championship. :thumbsup: Great job LIONS!

I am excited about the changes, mostly bringing back the spoiler. I think the racing this year will be better. " Rubbin' is racin!" and a stock car shouldn't have wings. Thank goodness Nascar is back on tv and football is over. :thumbsup:

i use as lean-to in one area that i hunt regular. I have become a big fan of my Double-Bull Dark Horse blind due to its mobility and the kids being able to hunt with me and me being able to still use my bow. I like it so well, i am thinking about buying another one.

If you don't have one you better get one . It is the best invention i have used. I know that where i hunt, if i did not have one, you could not sit there. The mosquitos are the worst this season than i have ever seen in my life.

I saw 11 deer. Three were bucks. All young deer. I diagnosed the first case of swine with the carbon flu. I have never in my life seen the mosquitoes as bad as they are now. i pray for some really cold weather to knock them down.

I was there. I heard and saw Marquis running off at the mouth dropping "F" bombs. It cannot be disputed that he did it. He may have apologized, and he did, however that does not reduce the fact that he was totally unprofessional in his actions. You should expect better behavior from an adult who is a "coach" at the collegiate level. He should be embarrassed by his actions and i hope it does not happen again. If you don't think that Coach Tomlin has enough sense to tell his players to stall with a 4 point lead with one minute to go...OMG. What you saw was a young, inexperienced sophomore drive the lane miss a lay up and Waco go the other way for a score. Then in the excitement throw away the inbound pass, etc, etc.... Three mistakes on turnovers, missed free throws and some other factors cost WH the game. You all have to remember these are teenagers who get excited and caught up in the action and sometimes make mistakes. I was taught you win as a team and lose as a team. great season WH !

Was anyone here in the huddle to know what play was drawn up? NO. Was anyone here in the huddle to hear what Tomlin told his team? NO. All is speculation by the above The Shoe and etc. Go make love to your Wally ball. As far as Coach Marquis's foul language and ranting.... he knows better. Remember these players are kids not professionals, sometimes they don't listen and do what they are told. I congratulate WH on a great season. It just ended a little too soon. Coach T, keep doin, what you have been doin, and you will have nothing to be ashamed of. Life is more than just basketball. :thumbsup:

What is with all the fragile children sensitivity ####. There should be no recourse on this coach for running up the score. i have been involved in games where the 5th string clarinet player was put in the backfield and gaining 10 yards a carry. sometimes there is nothing you can do. one team just stinks and the other does not. it may be a little "classless" to some, but don't get on the court if you don't want to get beat. :thumbsup:
