ESPN’s Gameday to Broadcast from Cain Park For Immediate Release Thursday, November 2, 2006 COLLEGE STATION, Texas- After surveying a couple of sites on the Texas A&M campus, ESPN’s GameDay, built by Home Depot, has decided to broadcast from Cain Park with the backdrop being the Zone at Kyle Field. The show airs Saturday from 9 a.m. central until 11 a.m. central. Rece Davis will serve as host with Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso and Desmond Howard as analysts. The first LIVE shot from Texas A&M will hit in the 8 a.m. segment of SportsCenter. ESPN GameDay officials will have barricades and security in the area just behind the set. After inspecting the signs, fans will be allowed in this area beginning at 7 a.m. Fans are encouraged to begin arriving in the park area as early as 6 a.m.:thumbsup:
