He would be good. He's 24 or 25, but he's been coaching since he was 20. I just think it'd be a tough first job for a guy that young. I don't know him that well, but I think he's in a pretty good situation at Gilmer. I will say the few times I have talked to him I have been impressed. He will be a name to look at in a year or 2 for sure.

I know of an assistant at Gilmer that would be good for this job... He may be a little too young though.
