It might have been mentioned already, but this is being televised right? if so what network, and does anyone know if would be on TV in the Bryan/College Station area?

I stopped reading about a page back when fellow LGV fans started bashing MAVFAN, but I would just like to apologize to all Marshall fans for their comments, every year lgv and marshall is a good game so for any lgv fan to bash on it is just ridiculous....and regardless of that, mavfan is always very reasonable in his posting and very informative so no need to jump on him

what about Longview losing by 1 pt in the last 10 seconds in the state semi-final 3 days ago....i'd have considered them being a "serious threat" to win state

Just out of curiousity does anyone know what longviews turnover ratio during playoffs was? I can't remember hearing of many if any Turnovers during the entire playoff run, but I do know we forced about 4 a game

This never turns out good....but there are alot of seniors that have been on varsity for 2 years so hopefully they can be mature and be leaders to help make sure everyone does what they are supposed to........either way I don't agree with it and think they should drive down in the morning

Considering in the last 3 weeks we have lost to NM, barely beat Lee, and beat Desoto by 3.......I'd say Lufkin is still the best at this point, JT seems to have slowed down a little bite lately

I wasn't saying losing the coaches is only a reflection of the points being scored......penalties and turnovers can also be a reflection of losing coaches, Example: false starts, holding on the offensive line (lost O-line Coach Smith), I'm not saying the only reason this team is playing well is due to the coaches leaving, but I think that losing about half the coaches over the summer definitely had an impact on the team.

Everyone admits the talent is definitely there....but the results aren't, id say the drop off this season is a testament to how good all those coaches we lost this summer are

I've said this all year...Peter is not the answer at QB, this is just my opinion so no one get mad, but he is more about himself than about the team. I would rather have the junior or the sophomore at QB and peter playing WR or something on defense. But I think EVERYONE knows there is not any chance that they will move him from QB. This team just doesn't have the right mentality, defense has been great, even better than stats would show (which is still pretty good) but when our O isn't helping them there is only so much they can do
