  1. OUCH!!! Time for Waskom to put in some of the 2nd and 3rd string.
  2. What was it last year that made Waskom forfeit all their games?? I remember it was something stupid that was just an oversite on paperwork.
  3. Y'all just be sure to check and make sure that all the players address match where they live...
  4. 24-13 Sabine wins. Chumley rushes for over 200yrds Atleast that's what we hope..
  5. What side was this guy yelling from? Sabine Side? If so, how come we let him get louder and louder? One of the men of Sabine should've thumped him....
  6. How will those Cardinals do on Homecoming against a Waskom team that has something to prove this year?
  7. I think Sabine is in the same boat..Im sure Sabine plays in atleast 2-3 homecoming games a year including their own homecoming.
  8. You might be right..Same song just a different verse. I hope those cardinals turn it around next week. Next week is Sabine's homecoming and they drew the short straw by having to play Waskom.
  9. I will say this "AND I MIGHT BE WRONG" but I say Sabine is about 2-4yrs away from being contenders in this district. The Freshman class might be the class that turns this program around. I don't know what their record was in 7th and 8th grade but I do know it seems they won more than they lost. And when they did lose it wasn't by much. I know a few of these young men has been going to summer camps and all that good stuff for the last few years. One freshman made the varsity team this year but I see atleast 8 making the varsity team next year. Like I said before and I will say it again "I MIGHT BE WRONG" but I would keep an eye on those JV scores
  10. Sabine will leave their mark on the new stadium Sabine 34 Emory Rains 12
  11. WOW!!! You mean to tell me at this moment in time that Sabine has the best Defense and Offense in the district? Sabine has scored more points this year than any other in this district and has gave up the least amount of points..
  12. Congrats to those young men in Sabine. Well earned!! The drought has ended!!
  13. velvinator,I going to tell your Daddy your playing on his laptop again.
  14. Could been worse and called them the "Sabine Roughnecks"
  15. Not saying its all because of the coaches but I would give the majority of it to the coaches. And it starts with the head coach. In order to have the boys to want to play the coaches have got to give them a reason to play..IMO I'm not saying I'm right but I'm just looking from outside looking in.. When the football program is lacking wins in a season and losing records in the last few seasons..you can't fire the players... Answer to your other question Williams,Comfort,Lamore and Mount I woul like to see stay in Sabine.
  16. It would be easier to say who I would want to stay..But I figure I wouldnt hurt anymore feelings. And to set you straight..I have never been mistreated by any coaches I just think when the tires on a car get worn down and showing metal you just can't fix it with an alignment or a can of fix-a-flat..It's better to buy a new tires.
  17. Tracy Blankenship would be an awesome fit for Sabine. Very good coach with good character. He could diffently surround himself with a good staff something that been lacking in Sabine for the last few years. Not saying the whole existing staff needs the BOOT but their is a few could leave and it wouldnt hurt mine or other's feelings. Tracy could light that fire that Sabine needs. I promise ya Coach Blankenship could get those kids wanting to win and wanting to get better. I just hope either way that the school board take a real good look on hiring someone on the outside than hiring someone in house.
  18. Dont think Sabine could get that lucky
