Of all the so called 'late hits' that were called against SS in the SS vs Sherman game, maybe 1 of them was actually called for...the rest were ridiculous calling on the part of the refs... Sherman has a great team and I wish them the best, they had the better team as far as football playing went at the game, but as far as class act, they are the most disrespectful team I've ever seen.

sulphur springs over greenville, could definitely get ugly, but I think Coach Owens will do his best not to let the score get run up too high...

bandwagon from 2 years ago? Lets see, SS made it the state quarterfinals last year, not too shabby, they played Denton Ryan this season (ranked #5) and held them to the least number of points they've scored in a game this season, beat whitehouse (who was ranked in the top 10 earlier in the season). Not saying SS needs to be in the top 10 yet, but to say they shouldn't even get a vote is a little much, considering they are ranked 15 on average by every other poll you look at. 1 vote for the top 10 doesn't seem too hard to grasp.

Texas High doesn't have the team they've had the past few years, It's going to be SS and Sherman shooting for the top 2 spots, with Texas High coming in at number 3...4-7 are anybody's guess...

Puzzling that no sulphur springs players made the first or second team...honorable mention is great, but just puzzling....
