  1. It's Game day! I've been a member of the board for a while now. I enjoy just reading what everyone else says and seeing how passionate everyone is about our Lobos. We are so blessed to be from Longview! With all the negativity in today's times we are able to enjoy backing our program year after year well into the post season. It's been 21 years since my senior year and being at the Dome, wow how time flies. One thing I'm certain of, whenever someone ask us where are we from? We proudly answer Longview, Texas. A lot of great memories I cherish are following our Lobos year after year. Many of my folks that never missed a game have gone on now. I think how proud and excited they would be today of our Lobos. Let's all enjoy this day and travel safe. Let's be loud today so those back in the View can hear! Go Lobos!
  2. Here come the LOBOS!!!!!!!!!! Show them what ET is all about!!! GO LOBOS!!!!!!
  3. Heck after last week I'm still undecided. But it's clear that our Oline needs work!!!!!! The boys didn't help our qb all night against Allen. And the secondary, well I'm still trying to figure out when they will be taught how to cover!!!! This has been an issue for years. Look for Lufkin to eat our lunch with receiver screens all night. Just like the last few years. If they don't go deep against us too. An we have seen the post play go for touchdowns agaist Lufkin more than I care to remember! An a quick defensive line is great but if you sacrifice speed for strength have you gained anything? Against Allen they ran through our line for 6-8 yards a pop. Much improvement needed. But win or lose Lobos all the way!!!!!!!
  4. State0405 I like the old adage whoever smelt it dealt it! Lol
  5. Returning from houston today an noticed three fires. Their was one in Mount Enterprise and two near henderson area. It was also difficult knowing that a major fire was just a quarter mile away from my home in southern Gregg county on Saturday. Thankfully know one lost their home. It burned 300 acres, everyone keep praying for those who have been affected by all this. Especially those who lost there loved ones on Saturday at another fire in Gregg county.
  6. Can't sleep, but I hope the boys are resting well. There's just something about Lobo Football! Two games left guys, let's go all the way! It's time to Lobo Up!!!!!
  7. We've beaten Guyer twice in the last two years. An Beaten them very soundly I might add. Each time the DMN picks against us so let's keep the trend going! The columnist Matt Wixon, Brandon George and Mark Dent should look into other professions I believe, they are clueless. It's not like since we are further away from Dallas than Denton that we don't by there paper too.
  8. It's almost gameday everyone! It's almost time for the Bos to eliminate another opponent. Why are so many people acting like we have know chance? Guyer should be the team thats worried! There facing a team that's on a major role an we haven't even peaked yet! Lobo Nation stand up an cheer your boys are at the brink! Speak softly an carry a big stick! An let's leave Guyer humbled again!
  9. MavGrad99: If they don't have monitors ill be highly upset! I know they will, know taking chances this games important for the entire town!
  10. Tifire85: yeah I knew it was the last game that day just didn't remember if they did either. Looking for some positive history of hotel stays lol. It would make me feel better, alot of bad luck there! Don't even wanna think about the Midland experience!
  11. His record speaks for it's self. But yes I have had plenty of questions myself, plenty! Did I say plenty! Lol
  12. I can't remember when we played Spring back in 02 in Houston did the kids stay the night?
  13. LoboFan07: It may not be that bad. Will just need a hall monitor for every two rooms lol. Really its the best option to stay the night. We don't need kids getting up at 4am to get to the high school to catch a bus Saturday morning.
