I had to go back and read the post since it was 2 days ago!! I knew it wasn't likely I gave credit to 1 person for a team sport......Looks like I gave credit to the Coaches, Players, & our AD's. Sounds like you are reading a little too much into it and taking it way too personally. Issues Maybe?? GO PITT !!

Like I said, "give it up already" sounds like another fool trying to coach from the stands. The boys are in the semi-finals!! You've already been proven wrong about who should play where!! And as for me having a personal issue with someone... hardly. I couldn't tell you who the person is but could easily point him out at the next game b/c he will be acting a fool as usual in the stands. I choose my seat wisely at the games so i don't have to listen to it. Like or not...You have to give credit where credit is due.... just sayin!!

The hater is probably from Pittsburg. There is group of trash talking parents who don't like the new athletic directors. It's very embarrassing for the "normal" folks in Pitt. They used to try and coach the kids from the stands until Manley put an end to it. The Manleys have done an excellent job and the haters can't stand it. They also can't stand to see the QB do well either. The person who suggested that they are a disgrunted parent who's kid is not getting the playing time is most correct! I'ts almost laughable. Even if Pitt does not advance, this has been the best year they've had since 1980 and they have alot to be proud of. The coaches have coached well and the kids have played hard and deserve everything they have faught for. I've never seen a group of people who just sit around and wait on failure so they can trash talk, to say they could have done it better. They don't show up at the games to cheer for success only for failure. It's a little late this year to call the QB trash and trash talk on Burns..... the boys are playing in the Semi-Finals.... give it up already!! The Manleys have already proven you wrong!!

I'm a parent in the stands and I do not have a cheerleader myself.... but let me tell you what I saw at the Pitt/PG game Friday night. The fans were out cheering the cheerleaders... so instead of the cheerleaders joining in.... it made them mad and they were giving the fans dirty looks. A couple of cheerleaders went over to the band and asked them to quite cheering!! If you sign up for tryouts in Pitt, you make the squad. We had over 30 girls out there and only a small handful didn't have attitude. Usually the fans don't pay much attention to the cheerleading. But that deep in the playoffs you expect the girls to lead the fans!!

With all the talk about McCoy... don't forget about the Manley - Burns combo!! And you gotta love some Stump!! What an athlete!! I have to go with Pitt and Gilmer. Go East Texas!!
