  1. I understand about state to state, Because I moved to Colorado for 3 years, never changed my driver's license and was sent absentee ballots from Texas to vote.....weird, because I did not request them......
  2. Have you ever played the 9th hole there.....It's like a 150 yard Par 4.....So even I could shot an eagle there.....
  3. Colmesneil has a Family Dollar......WOW.....how about a Dollar General?
  4. I mean, is it that hard to clean up your voter rolls, I mean they have "death" rolls in every state, shouldn't you be able to at least eliminate those folks? I know, Democrats get elected using the cemetery address, but really?
  5. Not that weird things won't happen, but just imagine how much violence can get done it those 3-4 minutes of "TOTAL" eclipse........I will have all my guns ready to shot the crazy animals and whatever else shows up......I mean, it's like some folks are living in the 12th century again.......
  6. Going right over the 'Ville. Every hotel is sold out, rates are for 4 days only, $800 a night when My in-laws called about it......now they are staying with us. Our school has already canceled classes, because some idiot teacher would take the kids outside, let them look at the eclipse without special glasses and the district would get sued to heck and back.......
  7. If you order something from Amazon, you might get some free....My wife did...LOL
  8. I don't know how much power a president has, but since the last election in my town....gas was $1.49 a gallon the day he was elected, today, when I need to get gas again, it is $3.40 a gallon.....while he doesn't control everything, his policies cause problems. Such as a country that has gone from energy INDEPENDENT, to a country DEPENDENT upon foreign oil AGAIN.......And then the policy of holding up oil leases, price gouging (because NO ONE investigates), and somebody farting in the Middle East have skyrocketed prices again. But then again, there is NO INFLATION.....SMH
  9. And not in a state, where they have more registered voters than ADULT CITIZENS.......Another 100K votes just found for Biden.................... Why isn't this state cleaning up their voter rolls like they are suppose to according to. National Voter Registration Act of 1993. "Section 8 of the NVRA contains requirements with respect to the administration of voter registration by States and requires States to implement procedures to maintain accurate and current voter registration lists," a fact-sheet on the law from the U.S. Department of Justice said. "Section 8 permits States to remove the name of a person from the voter registration rolls upon the request of the registrant, and, if State law so provides, for mental incapacity or for criminal conviction. "The Act also requires States to conduct a general voter registration list maintenance program that makes a reasonable effort to remove ineligible persons from the voter rolls by reason of the person’s death, or a change in the residence of the registrant outside of the jurisdiction, in accordance with procedures set forth in the NVRA. The list maintenance program must be uniform, nondiscriminatory and in compliance with the Voting Rights Act." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/rnc-files-bombshell-swing-state-lawsuit-says-over-half-of-counties-have-more-registered-voters-than-adults/ar-BB1k6gsf?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=a1bd7f1e2c3c4b5586d27e68416f136c&ei=51 "At least 53 Michigan counties have more active registered voters than they have adult citizens who are over the age of 18. That number of voters is impossibly high," the lawsuit said. "Michigan had one county with registration rates in excess of 100 percent of the voting-age population,---How do you have more than 100% voters in a county without the rolls being INCORRECT!!!!!!
  10. I got mine done, and I can promise you Texas A & M won't be in my final four.....SMH.....
  11. And they should all be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of behavior to continue......But I guess that freedom of speech thing is good, unless it's again Biden, the Democrats, or anyone of color....... https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/keith-olbermann-suggests-hope-for-trump-s-assassination-in-x-post/ar-BB1k6p2n?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=5bc2be8defce4264b00a83bb8dfd9ff9&ei=118 "Trump says he has been treated worse than Abraham Lincoln, who was assassinated," the Biden campaign account posted on Saturday. "There's always the hope," Olbermann wrote, linking to the post.
  12. I expect it to go up someday, but it has been almost 2 years since the increase....now everything else on their menu has gone WAY up, but the sausage biscuit has stayed the same, for the most part. But I go there for the drink and the environmentally terrible styrofoam cup......LOL
  13. Cowboys releasing LB Leighton Vander Esch, WR Michael Gallup The Dallas Cowboys are parting ways with LB Leighton Vander Esch and WR3 Michael Gallup, per ESPN. The departure of Vander Esch, a Pro Bowler in his 2018 rookie season, saves about $2.1 million in 2024. In Gallup's case, the move saves Dallas from paying a $4 million guarantee that comes due next week. For Vander Esch, who's struggled with multiple neck injuries over the years, this could mean the end of his career. He's never been the same player who was all over the field as a rookie, though has been a steady contributor when healthy enough to play. The Cowboys' most notable addition this week has been ILB Eric Kendricks. An 1,100-yard receiver in 2019, injuries and diminished opportunities have depressed Gallup's production since. He had 34 receptions for a career-low 418 yards in 2023. Martavis Bryant and KaVontae Turpin could be among those competing for reps behind starting WRs CeeDee Lamb and Brandin Cooks in 2024.
  14. Jets signing longtime Cowboys LT Tyron Smith to protect Aaron Rodgers The New York Jets have made another move to bolster their offensive line. Longtime Dallas Cowboys tackle Tyron Smith agreed to terms on a contract with the Jets, according to multiple reports. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the deal was for one year and could be worth up to $20 million with incentives. Smith, 33, received eight Pro Bowl nods and was a first team All-Pro two times in his 13 seasons in Dallas. Though injuries have been a persistent issue — Smith has missed at least three games every season since 2016 and played only two games in 2020 and four in 2022 — his presence and steady play should still provide a nice boost for a Jets offensive line that was in disarray last year.
  15. Bernie Sanders is a bigger NUT than Trump and Biden Combined. Dude, give up your millions and live like the rest of us, considering you've made millions as a POLITICIAN!!!!!! What a scumbag...... https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/home-depot-co-founder-wrecks-bernie-sanders-32-hour-workweek-plan-this-is-hypocrisy/ar-BB1jYL6h?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=1ab52fc02ca0431ba8ee4bd7408f2074&ei=163 Langone said. "My problem is what they do with the tax money they get. Pardon me — they piss it away." "If you told me that they were going to raise my taxes, and then we're going to take the proceeds of that tax increase and pay down the national debt — give it to me, baby. I'll take that every time." "Food costs are up 15% in the last two years. Who's getting hit? The person making $75,000 a year or less," he said. "These are the people that get punished. Inflation is the most regressive tax of all,
  16. In the working world, it should NEVER matter what color your skin is, it should only matter that you KNOW your job and you do it WELL......
  17. Braums here in the 'Ville has $1 drinks--32 oz, for a buck in the mornings from 6-10:30 am. Styrofoam cup, so when I refill as I leave.....I fill with ice and unsweet tea and it lasts ALL day long at work. Sausage biscuits went up from $1 to $1.35 a couple of months ago......so with tax...$2.54 for both.....LOL
  18. I am not going to say this with tongue in cheek, because I know that our lovely governor is doing the same thing that Joe Biden has done for 50 years. Purchase the VOTE!!!!! And BTW, I am pulling a Barry and posting an OP-ED..... https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/opinion/biden-may-be-losing-voters-but-he-sure-knows-how-to-buy-them-back/ar-BB1jJf05?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=ffdc1b36a7fe4255a6dc5ad2a066a2be&ei=100 President Biden’s weaknesses are obvious, but his $7.3 trillion budget proposal this week and State of the Union address Thursday are reminders of just how tough he can be. Biden isn’t simply an old politician, he’s an old-fashioned one — the kind that believes in buying the vote. He tried it in the 2022 midterms with a student-loan-forgiveness push that had little chance of surviving the courts. But it didn’t need to: All that mattered was convincing young voters they had a vested interest in the Democrats’ fortunes. Yet Biden has another front to worry about — the crumbling of his party’s near-monopoly on key non-white demographics. A New York Times/Siena poll recently found 23% of black voters surveyed would vote for Trump if the election were held immediately. And Trump would win a plurality of Hispanics, 46% to Biden’s 40%. The erosion of Democrats’ nonwhite support is gradual but very real. Biden knows what he has to do to win — but the educated whites who are the backbone of his party have little in common, culturally or economically, with the lower-class whites whose interest is in work, not woke. But Biden is not to be underestimated, and if Trump is going to beat him, he has to take seriously the Democrat’s determination to outbid him in an auction for votes.
  19. Internet crazy, double posted. Now NOT.....
  20. Dang, I went to Braums this morning, got a sausage biscuit and a Large drink, for $2.54, that is totally outrageous!!!!!!
  21. Polls, for these guys, only matter on the first Tuesday in November in every other years........
  22. Gotta say, I thought that the Biden Administration said they had cut the Deficit, and now the Fed comes back and tells us this. It would be nice if a politician HAD to tell the REAL truth, not their version of it...... If this idiot reduced the deficit by a trillion dollars, just how big a deficit did we actually have...... https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/u-s-deficit-hits-1-7-trillion-contradicting-claims-of-economic-recovery/ss-BB1jv08X?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=d1decb62322a48f5bea72e9fe602b2ba&ei=40
  23. You have to be joking, that place is the world's leader in global threats.....my gosh you have to spend a countries GDP just to go there......
  24. The spending package pushed through the House on Wednesday by Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) cuts the FBI’s operating budget by 6 percent, siphoning much-needed resources away from the nation’s premier police agency. And the measure cuts funding for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) — which, among other roles, is instrumental in battling gun violence and terrorism — by 7 percent. I am wondering if they are cutting local police departments, like the democrats did. The "federal" police department, who doesn't seem to answer to anyone, that's a good cut, but it should be more like 80%
