When you look at his accomplishments, it's un-freakin-believable that DB Ken Houston is not on the first team defense. He should be the defensive captain and MVP of the all century defensive Texas team! I don't think any of the 1st team DBs can match his accomplishments.

If the NCAA ever does it's job and finishes its investigation of Reggie Bush and USC, they should be light a couple of National Championships and a Heisman Trophy winner. :w00t:

I agree 100%. Newton is their best all around back. He can block, catch passes and pick holes to run through from the zone read better than any of their other backs. Whittaker is their next best back on 1st and 2nd downs. Johnson is their best short yardage back. McGee is the odd man out in my opinion.

The military has been doing this for years. It's called a ROWPU (Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit). It turns non-potable water (polluted water, sea water, etc.) into drinking water. It's basically a portable water treatment plant.

I always thought plants absorbed Co2 and produced oxygen. Co2 is a plant food and it's required for the oxygen cycle to keep us alive. Co2 is plant food, not a public health danger. What a bunch of idiots!

Nebraska won the coin toss and deferred until the second half. In hindsight, Texas should have kicked off and pinned Nebraska back deep in their territory instead of receiving and being put deep in their own territory. Bad field position is what got the Longhorns in trouble from the start and set the tone for the whole game, in my opinion. Sometimes you are better to play defense than have the ball which was the case with both teams last night! Giving Nebraska the ball first would have been a better option. :w00t:

CiCi's is the worst chain pizza place I have ever eaten at in my life! I have tried three places and they were all awful. I would rather eat at Pizza Hut. Pizza King in Longview is very good. I have never tried Brunos in Tyler, ... where is it located?

I doubt Garrison would go that direction. There are a lot of closer 1A schools like Beckville, Timpson, Tenaha, Cushing, Mt Enterprise, Joaquin and a few others.
