Sorry buddy. Not true. I know a little more than you think. It all depends on how the school is run. And Pine Tree is proof bureaucracy can kill a district. Probably why it has not been too successful.... A job does have to be posted, but a coach on staff can be promoted and it does not have to go before the board.
