Florida Isn't The Paradise People Like To Think It Is
Red90fly replied to BarryLaverty's topic in Political Arena
I've been to Florida, and the prices of food, gas, ect weren't different than here. I'll also say I was in NYC last summer, and the few gas stations I saw was only about 25 cents higher than here at the time. Surprisingly, the places we ate at were very reasonable as well, although we never went anywhere fancy (hole in the wall Chinese, which btw was much much better than anything here and im not big on Chinese food, and a pizza joint). Wife and I are going to San Diego this summer with a day trip to LA and Anaheim. Fully expecting to have to pay much more for things than they are here. -
Florida Isn't The Paradise People Like To Think It Is

He won't because any reasonable person knows California is a dump, expensive as hell, and has a looney tune for a governor. Same as Oregon and Washington state. I don't know who lives rent free more in Barry's head: Trump or Desantis/Florida @DannyZuco ?? -
Saw something this morning that said dating back to last August, including post season, that Houston is 7-24 at Minute Maid. Yikes.

1st team OL left-to-right in spring practice is: Banks-Neto-Majors-Campbell-Williams.

New York, California. Flip a coin for the biggest dump of a state in this country. Can add Oregon as well. Three states with clown governors/mayors. High prices to. But I'm sure Barry will be along to tell us something about Florida or Texas.

Could a 2025 Superbowl Have a Better Story?
Red90fly replied to Doomer's topic in Cowboys/Texans/NFL/Pro Football
Well, I went to Zippy J in Tyler here the other day and the first person I saw when I went in had on a Boyz' shirt so I'm saying yes. Also, Tyler now has two Zippy J's. Got one up by Lindsey Park I seen now during soccer season. Tru up. -

State of the Union Speech....lie after lie by Biden.....
Red90fly replied to RETIREDFAN1's topic in Political Arena
Yeah, but can he top how many times our very own Barry mentions Trump? -
I could see Worthy going to KC. Lot of big time recruits around the country visiting the next two months and setting up OV's.

Well yeah. That girl wasn't a life long POS criminal doped up on fentanyl.

Well Governor Kemp, your state voted for that fully functional buffoon.

Would have sit out next year per the SEC transfer rule in conference during spring window. Who knows, maybe he doesn't care sitting a year.

Bullard and Pleasant Grove tied today 2-2 in the Whitehouse tournament. Bullard also beat Whitehouse 13-0, Crandall 5-4, Lake Highlands 14-2, and Midlothian Heritage 5-3. -
I don't really know what the norm is for number of players that teams generally carry, but is eight considered to be on the small side?

Haven't seen either, but what makes Martin Mills and Lipan so good every year? They put it on higher classification teams that are ranked. Full court press non-stop? I'm guessing those towns do basketball year round to.

Cushing returns 4 starters on the OL, QB who will be a 3rd year starter, and one of the slot backs, also a 3rd year starter. JV did real well last year to. Going to be a tough go for them to get back in the playoffs.- 82 replies

Rio Vista Hires Matt Woodard- Groveton open?
Red90fly replied to Slickarick's topic in High School Sports
Groveton is sorta' like Alto these days. Once a proud, stout program that has fallen off the map that will be hard to recover and get back to what they once were.
