  1. Dido. Moody, Calallen, Carroll. Pretty good
  2. dont need it....just changed my post. Had to fill the people in on the board situation...classic
  3. Well said GatorGrad. Hooker will be better off because of this. Hooks made a huge mistake by not getting him. What gets me is an LE employee is a member of the Hooks board and praises Hooker to his face and then votes against him in front of the Hooks community... Thats a slap in the face and bothers the ###### out of me. Do what is right not what people think you should do. Then you have a board member that votes for Hooker and his son in law votes against Hooker. Guess they dont have Christmas dinner together?? This gets better by the day.
  4. Watched the game for about 2 innings and knew that this was not going to be a series at all. PG and Argyle/Spring Hill will be a good one.
  5. Telling it like it is. Great Post!! Hooker will be much better off in the long run I GUARANTEE IT!!! What have the Mighty Hornets done lately on the gridiron? NOTHING!!! NOT ONE THING!!!!! If winning "in Hooks" is going to the playoffs then you need to re-evaluate your ideal of winning. Just about every team goes to the playoffs now. I will put Hookers resume up with all 100 that applied and give them to someone who doesnt have a clue what is going on in Hooks and guess what, they will pick Hooker on paper. I understand Hooks wants to hire someone that is from Hooks so best of luck and I will be watching this fall to see how the Hornets come out.
  6. Thanks for the update. His dad was a good one and I can bet he is also with back to back to back titles in track at WOS. Nice!!!
  7. Let me say this.....last spring coach Hooker turned down the Gladewater job...yes he got the job and turned it down because it just was not the right job for him I guess. Hooks may be the right job for him so lets give the man a chance and see what happens. If Hooks is winning nobody will say a word.......by the way, Gladewater IMO has alot more to offer than Hooks, better facilities, better district (3A), probably better pay, more coaches, better athletes etc. Not bad mouthing Hooks just making a point. Good luck to the Hornets and coach Hooker.
  8. I agree with you 68. Coach Hooker will do fine if he can get a great staff together which I feel he can. Good luck to Coach Hooker and the Hornets.
  9. Who in the world is the curriculum director that he is related to?
  10. Is this the OC job? I thought Kyle Preston was the OC. Did coach Kyle Preston leave or is Toby just going to be coaching on the offensive side of the ball?
  11. In Texas we all know when a new AD/Head Football Coach comes in most coaches left on staff better be prepared to move on. That is just the way it is and will always be. Yes the new man wants his guys and rightly so!! Moving is just part of it at the high school level and the college level. Ex. Muschamp went to Florida and hired a new OC and DC. Where did the OC and DC go that were with Urban Myer?? Who knows but not ESPN comentators with Myer!!!!
  12. Congrats to the Leopards and Coach Middlebrooks and Coach Cauley. All of you deserve this.
  13. I can bet that there will be a coach from all 3 Texarkana schools apply.....LE, PG and THS. I also can almost bet that one of these 3 get the job. Any thoughts?
