That do it all kid number 5 Will Self is gonna be a major problem for people. Might be one of the best 8th Grade teams I have seen ina while. Driskell is loaded for long runs to come with that group of kids. Very impressed with them.

Yes we have a few seniors but the majority of starters and back ups are Juniors and sophomores

yes that would be nice but I am sure he is on a pitch count getting over an injury that looked to sideline him rest of season he got very lucky

Teague still has some kids banged up I do not know if they are going to be able to go this week but have Rice the senior back will help out tremendously. I have said this to every it is all about the o and d line on both teams whichever one ones that wins bc the skill kids even each other out pretty much. Definitely still alot of football left. Fairfield, Mexia, and Gbeck always play Teague very good tough and it usually comes down to the wire a lot of the time so even if Teague were to come out with a W the DC is still up in the air for Teague and malakoff. If malakoff wins they are definitely in driver seat though for sure.

with the way kids are moving into your area as well as kids moving to gunters area i wouldnt be shocked to see you 4A by 2026-2028

Well lets pump the brakes a little now. I agree 100% Fannin has taken this team to the next level since he took over but Coach Hedrick made Franklin who they are along with fannin and the coaching staffs Hedrick had in Franklin. There was no turning around when Fannin took over it was continuing what Hedrick did which laid the foundation.

I have a buddy he does football, basketball, baseball, and has been doing college now for awhile and about to make the jump to MLB hopefully. He did his best to do in full time and almost succeeded but still had to get a job at the school.

100% thats why they need to pay better so it is worth it. I am lucky enough to do it because I love the game as does most of the age experienced men and women lol. But to get the youth meaning 18/19-30 age group where we are hurting very badly we need to pay more bc the old heads cant do it forever and the way the world is with gas prices an everything else high as a kite UIL/schools need to pay more for football refs period end of story. everything needs to get better but you start here first

No not main reason at all but a big reason why we have shortage of officials because of the pay. You wont be able to change behaviors unless as I stated before UIL hands down harsher penalties to Coaches that are reported to UIL after a game from the Head Ref and Chapter.

Varsity: Gross Gate Receipts - $150 - $4,000 $115/$95 $130/$95 $145/$95 This is about what you see on every single regular season games......You dont make good money till playoffs. Junior High and JV is where the money is right now. Varsity needs to pay a lot more.

Maybe state games and some playoffs only never regular season games.

This is correct and no one has ever made the last one $195 and $145 Gas maybe the west Texas chapters definitely see the max on Gas but they never see the gate that high.
