It's Gameday!!! Just Getting things together to head out. Hope everyone has a safe trip to/from Mesquite tonight. Should be a Great game between Celina and Henderson tonight! If the Lions play sound football and don't turn the ball over then I see Henderson coming away with a close Win. But If the Lions turn the ball over it could be a long night with Celina coming away with the Win. Good Luck to Celina and Henderson! Let's go Lions!!

Henderson has a very good defense but our offense needs to control the ball a little more so our D can get a breather. Hopefully we can get some drives going in the second half and turn this game around! Let's go Lions!!!

Gilmer is running the ball very well. Boyd kid is gonna be a great RB. Gilmer defense is playing very well as usual. Henderson offense has got to get going or this game could get ugly. The Defense has stepped up several times to make some good stops considering they have played most of the first half. Hopefully Henderson will turn things around in the second half. And here comes the rain.

Prestonwood is a Very BIG and well Coached team. They did whatever they wanted to Henderson all night long. I bet that #34 had 200 yds recieveing and 130 yds rushing and I know he scored 4 touchdowns. This game really showed our weak areas mainly in pass coverage. Hopefully we can get these areas fixed and ready for next weeks game.

The Games were Great!! My complaint is why are there people standing around when there were 50,000 empty seats, only to be told you cant sit there because those sections are closed. That was the only problem I have. If that stadium is being rented I believe you should have access to all the seats. Lets face it Jerry made a butt load of MONEY during this event.... JMO

Just wanted to say Congrats to the Teneha Tigers on winning the 1A DII State Championship!!!! The Davis kid is Truly Amazing!! Such a sad story about his parents and grandmother. That would have been enough to make many adults give up on Life but he didnt. He has the Talent on the field and brains for the Classroom. I wish this Young man all the best in the Future...........

Jerry Jones needs to have his *$$ chewed out by each school that paided money to rent Cowboys Stadium along with the UIL. When a school rents a Venue (Jerrys World) where there is a seating capacity of 100,000 there should not be people standing along the rails because, the Stadium refuses to open more sections of the seating. Friday it was packed at the 4PM game between Argyle vs Wimberely. The next game LT vs Midway was even worse and it wasnt until after halftime that a FEW sections were opened to seat some of the MANY Fans that had been standing for hrs. The Saturday Games were no different. The 12am game between Aledo vs Manvel was packed by 11:30 and was standing room only, until halftime when more sections were finally opened. Those sections were filled by fans as soon as they opened. It was really upsetting to see all these people standing around because the available seats were full and being told by Staff those sections are not open. There was 30,000 empty seats being staired at by thousands of Fans who were having to stand and watch the game. Jerry Jones made an UNGODLY amount of money from this event as well as all the Plublicity the Stadium recieved. Jerry Jones knew that there was gonna be a large number (close to 200,000 over the 3 days) of people at the games. I later found out after talking to several Employees of the Stadium, the sections were not open becasue there was not enough Staff on hand to watch the areas. I just think its pointless to rent a venue such as Cowboys Stadium where there is an abundance of Seating only to see it remain empty while fans Stand and watch the games. If any of you attended games this wknd you know what I'm talking about. What are yalls thoughts on this??? Just curious........

Don't really know much about either team (Argyle-great passing game & Wimberley-Great running game) but I know that it wasn't an easy road for both teams to get to the Championship. All I know is im going be there in the Jerrys World watching some REAL football being played cause Lord knows them Cowgirls dont know how to....Good Luck to both Teams..

Good first half!!! CH didnt let Alvarado keep the ball long and was able to score on them. On the other hand CH got to stop them on 4th downs. It should be 13-O CH at the half. Lets go CH got 24 minutes left. Leave it all on the field!!!!!
