Leonard very well coached and balanced attack. Key being they can do both well even in cold weather. -

Leonard has the size it takes to play physical with Cooper. But Cooper has more depth. That puts the Dogs in the win column. -
Regional: Cooper (12-0) vs. Scurry-Rosser (12-0)

SR should have continued the quick short pass attack that got them their first TD. QB also needs to look at more than one receiver. To easy to defend. Lots of weapons on SR. Future should be bright. -

Clarksville was greatly improved team at the end of the season when they played Cooper. So I would not use wins against them at the beginning of the season as a gauge. Cooper solid all season. -

Sooner are later some team will test Cooper. I just don't think it is SR. But I have been wrong. -
Coach Shipman will have that Bulldog defense biting. Win big.

Bulldogs win.

Clarksville vs Gunter (2A-D2 bi-district game)

If Coach Davis gets the boys fired up...CV wins. -
I am looking forward to seeing the CV Tigers back in 1A. You will be at the top of the Poll's.

Hey Bulldogs you don't have defend being a great ground team. Plenty of HS teams have won state without throwing a pass. Yes you can get yards with 10 in the box. Most teams can't. Don't buy into you have to get complicated with the offense. That is what weaker teams do.

After what I saw Cooper do to EW (run right over them) I don't think it will be a competitive game.

[quote name="TheBagMan" post="1972838" timestamp="1383012815" It was not the HG fans. It was the new superintendent. We are still mad about it. Last year would have been a good game. This year you could have scored 80+ on us. It will be a few years before we are a contender. Hopefully we will be back on the schedule soon. Agreed. Screwed up an 87 year tradition. Last year would have been a good game. This year not so much. -

From last year to this year: Cooper+ CV- = Cooper
-
I agree with Flukeshot. Cooper was clearly the stronger team. They made as many mistakes as EW. Cooper OL dominated. DB covered well. Although I expected EW receivers to be more aggressive running routes. That could have been a game changer.

It don't understand why QB#17 is not playing defense?
-
Sets up showdown in CV next week.
-
Only thing stopping Cooper is Cooper.
-
Cooper wins this game big IF they shut down the pass. If they struggle against the pass then the district gets interesting because CV is improving in that area and they have a lot of potential weapons. I pick Cooper to go undefeated in district. I will be at the game Friday.

You know you are doing well Bulldogs when other teams a trying to pull you down. It's called being in the radar instead of under it.
-
I enjoyed watching Richards when he was at RC.

Bulldogs been in the playoff's. No surprises ahead of them. Very sound football team. I expect them to do well in the playoff's.
