Got some fireworks going off early over here in Corinth by Denton.......literally.

The Utah punter really hit a big one and the punt coverage team could not get down there that far soon enough......that's why it went back on the return for so many yards.

Texas D holds and forces Utah to punt again.....from their own 20. AND there he goes!!!! A tremendous job in the punt return blocking and #5 returns it 71 yds to the Utah 6 yd line.

I'm afraid we'll see Utah open up their passing game a little more in the 2nd qtr........Texas has been good against the run. But they are suspect against a good passing attack.

End of 1st...........Texas 3-0. Good defense from both teams so far.

Utes D is good, for sure. Giving Ehlinger pressure almost every play. This is why Oregon ran on them and didn't pass.
