    Newton played flat and uninspired. Not the state championship caliber team I thought they were. They “looked” the bit, just did not perform. Boston Seahorn made them look even sillier.

    Newton won’t intentionally run the score up, they’ll just be working on preparing for Gunter. I don’t think I’ve seen a 3A team that looks more physically imposing than Newton. It’s amazing they find that much size and talent in a 1600 populated town.
