The most classless bunch of coaches I have ever witness. As Shelbyville was leaving one of there coaches kept saying 3-0 they won't play us tomorrow. I had heard enough and said we are burying a student tomorrow and he said this is football. I said have some respect. Keep saying. 3-0 and we beat Tenaha. If you call playing 10 minutes of football a win you are stupid. There fans cheered when one if our players got hurt. Distasteful. The Supt better get a hold on this or he is going to have big problems.

You have no idea what you are talking about. I will put out non-district schedule up against anybody. Go get you some of the Bremonds, and Chiltons year after year in the playoffs and see how tough it is.

Harleton is pretty tough on defense, Tenaha shut down any offense Harleton had last week.

As a former President of a league that used to have 450-500 players that now has 200 players select has taken away a bunch of players. But I will say that when we had 450-500 players the High School team was better because the players from the town played together. Today coaches say Dixie doesn't have the competition. When was the last time a Texas team won the World Series in Dixie. Any team can play in a select World Series just pay your money. If all the select players would play league ball then the competition would be there. Most parents wont there kids to play select so they can get seen. If you are good enough the college coached will find you. It doesn't matter if you play in Longview or Gary.
