Is there not going to be a banquet honoring this year's Daingerfield athletes? A three-peat in football and regional finalist in girls basketball and nothing? Really? Nothing?

Hopefully will land on his feet. Got a raw deal, but that's the case with most head basketball coaches in East Texas that don't kiss the football gods' rumps!

He is an AD with head football coaching experience. He would be able to provide leadership and discipline as only a real football coach could provide. That is a lot more than most straight basketball guys. This is what Clarksville needs!!

How did Daingerfield even win a game the last three years, much less THREE state championships? I'm sure the steel town is so thankful for the arrival of the great metroplex wisdom and football knowledge! Get ready east Texas, let the offensive fireworks begin!
