  1. Thanks rock95 I wish the best for the YellowJackets. I will always be a die-hard fan win or loose. I will never point fingers like some people do.
  2. So you telling me its the coaching fault that EF had four turn overs in the second half, Man get a life . Its the coaching fault that same tackles they made in the first half they didn't make in the second half. So every time a team looses its the coaches fault that what you are saying. Well the coaches can only run the kids for conditioning but the kids will have to run it full speed. As of what I know you cant even yell at these kids cause they go running to momma and daddy like they are playing Lil stingers. I didnt say anything negative about him being on jv. I just said dont compare what he did on jv to what he can do on Varsity. The EF backfield is young also with 2 jrs and 2 sophmores so where is this kid gone play. They are already one year of varsity experience up on him/I wish the best for these kids but dont be putting the kid up like he a super star and he haven't proved anything. Heck these coaches are someones kids also. Now what these kids went through with UIL is a non factor.
  3. How is that negative. Just cause I spoke what i see him do at practice or during a game. Im a fan just like you i can type what i feel. I know most of the coaching staff at EF. so i guess all your comments are wrong that u say they got out coach. I see you can dish it out but not take it. I will never disrespect a kid in any way. I'm just speaking like u did. That the coaches need to learn how to use their kids. Your comment was wrong. Just leave my coaches alone and ill leave who ever you know alone.
  4. Ok you say that wherever you go you are expected to win. How can you win when you have grown people in the community talking they need a new O.C. To me the O,C did a good job this year. Probably the other coaching staff had great players who wanted to win and parents who supported the staff not only when they won but lost also. E.F will be a better place when yall SHUT UP and let the coaches coach and let the players play. I bet you are one of those parents who talk about the coaches but smile and shake they hand when you see them.. Thanks Jacketparent im not the only one in EF with some sense. Eric King and his staff did a great job this year. I will let them coach my kids any day.
  5. How did the E.F. coaching staff get out coach? They did not fumble on two consecutive plays, they did not miss those tackles or throw interceptions. looking in from the fist half they did some excellent things and not once did yall bad mouth them. Now that they played horrible in second half yall want to blame the coaches . I think the kids just got to comfortable and let Cooper sneak back in the game. The players did not know how to respond from cooper momentum, But oh yea thats the coaching fault that momentum switch. How was the talent left on the sideline? As i can remember looking at most of the players being tired and injured from a hard fought game. But its the coaching fault. They can not coach stamina buddy. I forgot you just sit behind a computer and talk like you know what is going. Coaches call the plays and players have to execute. BOTTOM LINE. Now for the Jones kid. Yes he is a good back but when I came to practice and watch he was always injured or some excuse not to practice. Yeah he broke runs on jv but he is a JR on jv. He will not be able to run sideline to sideline on a good VARSITY TEAM. Also some of the games I did attend he fumbled multiple times. But oh yea its the coaching the fault. I wish the best for E.F next year. But how can they get better when they have grown people on here pointing fingers at coaches. What are you showing the kids in the program. That It is ok to point fingers when they loose. Get a life people. E.F has a great coaching they had to deal with INJURIES, DEPTH, AND TRANSFER ISSUES. They went from 4-6 to 8-3 in one year. I think that is great but i guess you think that they should of won state with all the problems they had to deal with, Im glad i just sit in the stands and listen and watch how yall so call grown people act towards coaches who are missing time with their families to coach other people kids. If you want to coach go graduate from college and get a degree. But oh yea it might be the university fault that yall cant pass the certification test. Good Luck EF.
  6. Well I do want to say this. Thed was at the district track meet on Wed. He had to leave on a emergency phone call. I was there and saw Thed there. Now on this offense it was good at times and bad. Yes the OC calls the play and the athletes have to run these plays. Knowing from previous games the Qb had the option of running the ball or hand it off and most of the times he ran it on his own. He told me he wanted to run cause he was the qb and the captain and he wanted the team to win. Now for the throwing part it also take recievers to go up and get the ball while its in the air or thrown at them. I notice alot of times where the recievers would just stop running or drop the passes. But i guess its the Oc fault for calling them plays. Now if they would of caught it or even won these games yall would not be bashing the play calling. Now when they played longview the last 3 years turnovers caused them to loose that game. Fumbles by the running and qb throwing interceptios but its the play calling I guess contributed to the turnovers. Yes at times he could of change it up or made adjustments but dont u think the other team scheme was just better in the second half. Yall didnt say nothing when the mavs came back and beat T. HIGH in Tyler that year it was great play calling and adjustments made. I wish Marshall all the best this year with Thed or even Richters. Its football every coach is working their butt off to beat the opposing team.
  7. You need to change your job. You worry so much about Thed Harris. Go be his personal assistant. You just mad they didnt buy out your contract. I heard you didn't do anything at work anyway. So did you fit in Thed category?
  8. Like i told u u r a false man. Just beacuse you heard of this before a staff meeting doesn't make since. I heard of him being suspended during the 4a track meet. They just had to weait to talk to the entire staff. Yea yea u was always at field house who cares for that. Isn't that your job to be at the field house lil mavgrad. This man did a great job at Marshall. You just like the rest u wanted a new man in there so r u happy now. Are you going back to work in the fieldhouse? I hope whereever Thed goes I hope he beats the dog out of Marshall.
  9. Shall Coaches be able to suspend players when they are not in season? Ex. Spring league basketball, volleyball. The kids are still representing the school and the community.
  10. Everything you said is false. I know more than you. You just going on what people r saying you don't know anything. Harris did a decent job over there at Marshall.
  11. Do you think u know everything about Mav Football. Harris might come back. You act like Harris did something bad to you. Chill out.
  12. I Think Ivey will do a good job with that program.
  13. I just saw this on THSCA web site. Any ideas of who in the running.
