It's just hard to do, because of the long drives that would be involved. If you schedule a neutral sight, then the two schools have to come up with the money out of their already cut budgets to pay for a special venue, rather than using what's free for them.

CH's OC, Taber, has kept points on the board without one of the best QB's in 3a football, and all the leadership, athleticism, emotional sparks, and swagger that he brings to the offense.

Lindale was fired up like frankston is right now, when CH came to town. They came out all excited and crunk, but six minutes into the game, you would have thought their best friend stole their girlfriend. The stands on their side got REAL quite. Good point, and in most of the games they have played this year, they have had multiple "studs" out due to injury. The count went up to five star players out with injury when they played Carthage and hallsville.

Well I have list of discrepancies with your so called post that I have numbered below. 1.) CH has made the playoffs 5 out of the last 7 years Missed it castles first year in (2005) and coach sitton's first year in (2009). 2.) Pitt played henderson 4 points closer than CH 8 games before CH played them. I'm sure any Henderson fan would back me up in saying they only got better as the season and playoffs progressed. Also, one can't compare common opponents and expect an accurate evaluation. Last year ch beat Carthage and beat lindale by 24, whereas Henderson lost to Carthage and only beat lindale by 14. but who won the rings? Henderson. 3.) District 17 may not be as tough as 16, but it did have a 4 round deep team and a state finals team representing it, which is more than most other districts can say, so your "weak district" comment doesn't hold water if last years results are being considered, and seeing as how this season isn't over yet, there isn't really much to base an opinion like that off of other than last years playoffs. 4.) 2002 was gatewoods senior year, which was almost 10 years ago. Dangerfield did win 29-7. You used the term "dismantled". I would hardly say beating a 2-8 (CH 2002 record) team was dismantling, maybe more like "expected" especially considering that DF went five rounds deep that year (according to Internet). 5.) You sateted "funny how 1 winning season." From the year you speak of with gatewood 2002 CH went on to have the following W-L results. 2003 - 5-5 2004. - 6-5 (1st round playoff appearance) 2005 - 3-8 2006 - 6-6 (lost in 2 round to state champs LE) 2007 - 7-5 (2nd round appearance) 2008 - 9-2 (lost in 2 round to state finalist WLV) 2009 - 5-5 2010 - 12-2 (state finalist) 2011 - 6-0 (more W's to come) Over these last 10 years the overall win/loss record is 61-46, with 5 winning seasons (one of which is still under way) 3 .500 seasons, and only 2 losing seasons. Basically you had absolutely no clue what you are talking about, and my brain is far from fogged. :)
