They lost to undefeated mineola and state ranked tatum. Athens lost to Palestine. And beat SH 10-7. I'll take Bullard I'm that fight. Athen may have the edge talent wise, but not by much. Athens relies in one individual. Bullard plays as a team and is very balanced at the qb position. Bullrd WILL win!!

Wrong. The state championship will be the game of the year. When CH finishes a wonderful season at 15-0. CH will be in Arlington, and I hope Henderson does their part through the playoffs to make this a dance.

It takes just as much talent to be all state band as it does to be all state football. Just different kinds of talent. Every individual aspect of the Friday night festival that takes place at local high schools all across the state is vital. It all goes together to make it a big community affair.

I pick Bullard to get in the playoffs this year in the second spot behind CH. That's right I said second. Bullard will beat athens, rusk, and brownsboro.

He sure makes a difference for the rest of the D-Line when he plays. He draws at least a double team each play.

I certainly haven't crowned them for this year, but they do deserve respect this year considering they returned most of the players that won it for them last year, and the coaching staff is still intact. Give credit where credit is due. Just because you respect a team doesn't mean you don't think your team can beat em. I love me some CH football, and I hope Henderson and CH can play again, because I believe it will be a different outcome than last year, but you don't see me on here bashing Henderson. Talk them up all yall want, put them #1 in every poll from here to el paso. I think it's great, because that just makes a victory taste a little "more better."

Population districts don't have anything to do with school districts in most cities. CH is a long way from being 4a dude. Lindale and Henderson are more likely to move before CH does.

There is a lot of truth to this. You cant play football forever. I don't know of any 50 year old men that still strap up and go at it. It's just too physically demanding to play this game your entire life, but smart kids (like del) use their gifts and abilities within this game to strategically gain other tools (like an education) that can propel them onward once the football chapter in their lide story has closed. It's pretty sad when the most outstanding thing an individual does in life is star for a local high school football team. That means you reached your peak performance level at around age 18. There are bigger things to life than football, and the smart kids and men just use football as a tool to accomplish those greater things.

I'm a HUGE lifelong CH fan, but even I think this post is ignorant. When you win state you get talked about. That's one of the perks of winning it all. If you don't like it, beat em. That's what CH is going to do differently this year. :). I know you like that last comment lion.
