Unfortunately, smoaky is turning into a forum of these types of posts. Even if you're joking, this pis+ing contest of who can talk more trash and less x's and o's is getting old. It's a sad day that I'm blocking my first person ever on smoaky from reading anymore of your "my dog is better than your dog" posts...

I doubt they needed to "shred" their secondary. Why pass if they can't stop the run?
-
Exaggerating would've went something like "Tatum's secondary looked like a college team compared to WO." I think Yoe and Tatum aren't comparable. You're about to play the most disciplined, well coached team you've ever seen. More often than not, well coached beats talented. Not saying WO isn't well coached or talented, but WO posters are acting like ya'll have it in the bag. lol I don't get it...
-
That's not a very cool word to use. To some people, that word means a lot.
-
A college team? OMG, get off their sack guy. Tatum obviously isn't all that seeing as how they got beat by Godley, whether it be off night or not.
-
That joke made you "laugh out loud?" Wow.

Compare the Division 1 commitments from each team... -
I don't know, he wasn't a rail by any means at UTA, but he was slender. We played UTA at their park which was a graveyard it seemed like and he was hitting baseballs on the otherside of the road out past LF. I've played quite a few times at UTA growing up and rarely have I seen anyone hitting balls across that road.
-
Sounds like his home team is ticked off that they aren't going to match Darvish's posting fee. May not post him at all. He's a free agent next year, though.

It's going to slow the game down. I understand the concept behind it and I also understand how easy it is going to be for players to implement it, especially the young ones. But, there are a handful of guys out there(older ones) that still have that mentality. Bad move in my mind.
-
lol glad you aren't leading the Lions.
-
I just don't think NB offense is hard to defend. They run 3 running plays. I'd like to see them incorporate 1 and 3 more and see where that gets them.
-
I think NB will slow their offense down, somewhat. They've seen this type of team before. I'm sure Redwater would be in the mix out west. If NB can get the ball to the 2 guys out wide with some space, could pose for a problem for Wall. 1 and 3 are legit
-
I'm sure they run midline and veer. Usually you pick on the weaker of the positions, DT or DE.
-
WO offensive line is good, best in the state? I don't know about that one, do they lead the state in rushing yds? No they don't. Your comeback is going to be, "well they throw it too." Yeah I know they throw it, but if they had the best offensive line in the state, you don't have to throw the ball. You just run it down people's throats.

Didn't someone say you never played football and you're accusing me of not knowing football? Wow, what a BQ

How do you see HUDL clips?
-
Their running game is the zone, that's it. They run a power and a counter, but the zone can be stopped with 5 in the box and a really good Mike, like CY has.
-
I'm assuming NB is going to have to play a 4 man front. Their squatted ends could hurt them, I think they need to line up and crash hard inside
-
Isnt this going to be his second stint as a Ranger? It's probably an insurance policy, because if that guy is throwing as a front line pitcher, Rangers are in deep doo doo, no matter if it's starter or bullpen...

Weather Cancels School But Not Playoff Game......C'Mon UIL!

He had sex with a girl and got accused of rape. How does he not have integrity? The fact that he admitted the sex part showed honesty, he wasn't hiding from the truth. The girl didn't make a claim till several weeks after, and then it wasn't pursued until he started putting up numbers. Hell, she told police he was 5'9!! lol -

lol what? Integrity is defined as committing a crime and then telling the truth about it? How about not committing the crime in the first place? That's not how they do it in Teague though, is it? -
