    Looking forward to this match up! I believe this will be the 8th playoff meeting between Newton and Daingerfield. Daingerfield has 4 wins to Newton's 3 wins in the previous games. One thing is for sure, the tradition between these two programs is massive!

    I don't believe Newton has ever played Edgewood. I've honestly never heard of them. Is this a breakthrough year for their football program? Have they made any playoff runs in the past? Typically in another region? Any Edgewood posters around?
