Not sure how the board agreed to this hire with all the problems in the past with other coaches and big O isn't any different in that area. Guess they decided morals don't matter anymore but football does? Whatever the case is, hoping to bring Tig back to positive. There are just a few back stabbed on the board he needs to watch out for. I'm in a close community around here and I hear from SB members regularly and they haven't always had great things to say about big O. Just warn him because they change their mind quick when things don't go their way. A new board would be great for your football program!

Yes great hire indeed. I just hope his past doesn't interfere. None of the AD's have left on their own. That was never a worry. They left because of morality issues. But big O also has those issues and not sure how his issues are overlooked. He did the same thing the others did. But hopefully that can stay in the past. Good luck!!

Too bad the fans can't come together and give them some positive reinforcement. After what happened in the stands against some players relatives, there isn't much said for respect and positiveness there. And a school board member sat right in the middle of them. Appalling. Get some class TIG.
