Hhhmmmmmm. I would be willing to bet, this guy is interested. He’s not at the place he won the State Championship in 5a anymore. Made a move last year. If this guy is hired, my bet is, some key offensive players might be hanging in Carthage or Jefferson.

It will be a rough month for Ole Marshall Faithful. Tough situation. He is a metropolex guy. If he gets it, does someone on staff get the Marshall job, or do they hire outside?

Lufkin, Longview, and Carthage staffs are the best in East Texas! Marshall staff shouldn’t be in the discussion with these 3! IMHO

From what I understand, there use to be a WR coach there a couple years back! I think he’s at Huntington now. They made the playoffs. Maybe they will bring him back. Heard he was a stud!

I can understand that. But not saying coaches don’t make adjustments is crazy. Again, kids have to take the adjustments made and excute them. I didn’t see PT game. I talked to a close friend who has a kid on the team. He said the 1st play out from half was a wide open drop ball. I was at the Jacksonville game. I thought they did a pretty good job the whole game. Fumbling the ball 3-4 times inside the 10 yard line. Nacwagons.....isn’t the team pretty young? Maybe that has something to do with coming out 2nd half.

Here this guy is again. Making false statements. Every HS coach in Texas makes adjustments, meets with kids and then the kids have to go out and execute the adjustments. You must have something against someone up there. Or have a kid, cousin, nephew or something in the program, or that has been kicked out of the program. Why don’t you go and meet with a coach or coaches that you have problems with.

I’m not a rules expert, but the DEC has nothing to do with a kid getting ejected. It is what it is. It was made by the officials. Don’t think the DEC can over rule a ref. If they can, then the DEC will be busy every week. UIL rule says a player ejected has to sit 1st half next game!

Totally agree. The game I went to they didn’t play anything to get the crowd or the team pumped up. They might be the worst football band in the state.

Doesn’t surprise me. Nac has never been a huge supporter within the student body. This doesn’t happen at normal places. Just embarrassing if you ask me!

When exactly was the Caniford era? Was it before Harper? And Scott Ford didnt win in nac. I’m pretty sure he went 3-7 and 1-9!
