  2. Not sure the "speed" that Calallen was supposed to have......looked like their defense was running in quicksand in the highlights. CH will be the most athletic team that Boerne has faced all year and that will give the edge to CH.
  3. Boerne looks very similar to Lumberton but with less of a running game. From looking at their schedule and playoff scores.....I don't really think they have been tested thus far. CH needs to come out and punches them in the mouth on offenseand defense. We should be able to run the ball with success and our speed will be hard for them to defend. Just gotta clean up the silly penalties and turnovers. I could see a similar score as the Lumberton game......CH wins 35-24
  4. Agreed.....once they beef him up in college he'll be a specimen.
  5. CH front seven has been playing very well over the last 4 weeks. I rewatched some of the highlights from the Kilgore game. Kilgores OL will again have their hands full with #55 and #52. If CH defensive line can play like they have been I'll take CH by 7+

  7. CH needs to come out with energy and intensity. Both teams will have their mistakes like all HS teams do. But CH cannot come out flat and sloppy like last year at Rose. Should be a good one
  8. Although we did spot them a 17-0 lead last year at Rose Stadium .....it's not a great game plan for long term success!!
  9. I think I remember that pick but not 100% certain .......can anyone from Kilgore help refresh my memory
  10. Ross and Stewart......both 2000+ yards this year. They'll both probably be one of the all state teams. Both QBs are putting up good numbers as well. Lots of speed and talent all over the field. It'll come down to which defense wants it more and who can limit TOs.
  11. Kilgore is a heck of a team. They're going to be fired up and out for revenge. If CH comes out flat and gets behind early they'll be in trouble. They need to come out with focus and intensity. I could actually see it being a shoot out this time around. Like 45-42 final score. Should be an absolute battle. Rose stadium will be rocking!!
  12. Lumberton played there tails off. Great game plan and disciplined team. CH really showed a lot of heart. Nice comeback by the Dogs. Super exciting game. I'm exhausted
  13. http://www.hudl.com/v/2HqhzQ This kid is a heck if a player......just a sophomore too
  14. #9 has really played well at LB too.....he has a great first step and takes good angles to the ball carrier. Our DL is definitely underrated as well.

  16. I would say probably defending the pass. I think Lindale was able to pass with success. However, our defense was on the field a lot that game so they were definitely winded. CH blitzes frequently with success. Our LBs are quick and time their rush very well. If Lumberton can pass block well then their will be lots of favorable match-ups for them in the passing game.
  17. Tatum rushed for 450 yards on them. CH shouldn't have a problem running the ball scoring points.....#4 might have a record day.
  18. Eliminate penalties and turnovers. If CH does that I don't see Lumberton stopping CH offense.
  19. CH gotta cut out the penalties and turnovers. Made several Special teams mistakes and have to be addressed. The final score made it seem closer than it was. CH dominated for the most part but kept BC in it with silly mistakes. A win is a win but gotta be on our A game moving forward.
