  1. Was wondering where everybody has the top 10 going into next year. Just basing it off of talent, seniors lost, and what they accomplished this year it should make for a fun season come 2013.
  2. <--Edgewood guy here. Haley is a great ball player and a pretty humble kid as well. I was on the Edgewood fence when the whole altercation took place. The pitcher for EW threw a good pitch and the CH hitter smoked it right back into him. He took a pretty good shot to the groin and still got the force out at first. While trying to recoup from the shot after the play, the EW girls were encouraging their pitcher and one of them fired a shot at Haley. Haley simply said "It was a hard hit ball, Shut up!!" Although he was out of line by yelling into the crowd, he was defending the EW pitcher. Hunter is a helluva ball player and has a great God-given talent. If he can remain somewhat humble he will have a decent amount of success in this sport. To the young man wearing the #16 for CH you absolutely CRUSHED that shot over the left field fence. Nice shot sir !!(Just wish it'd been a diffrent team you did that to) LOL CH Simply had a hunger to them that we did not have. We have an extremely young team and emotions are somewhat untamed. If/ when we get that under control we will be a force to be reckoned with. Coach Seale has done a very good job with these kids but we still have work to do. Next year will be a lot better for the Edgewood Bulldogs !!.....that I'll bet on Congrats to Central Heights.......you guys earned it. Godspeed on the rest of your journey !!
  3. Absolutely a great game and a well pitched game.........My hat goes off to both young men. Central Heights won....and they earned it. Best of luck to both teams. Edgewood kids now know what it's gonna be like for 2 and 3
  4. My apologies......I was refering to all of the talk about basketball. Players were missing now they're not. The comment about players missing because of grades was a pathetic insult at best. Just come out and say that your opinion is that Edgewood kids are DA's. Carry on....
  5. ..........I don't even have a response for you. Form an intelligent thought or please go hi-jack another thread.
  6. Yes......it was grades. Each of them got an "A" in Basketball
  7. To state fact. These players missed the first part of the season: Trey Jameson- Starting pitcher Jacob Sharff- Starting Pitcher Jacob Bundy- Starting left fielder Daniel Sharff- Starting 3rd baseman Jakeb Hunter- Starting right fielder Edgewood has a ton going for them right now. First of all they have more heart than any team I've ever seen (They never quit). They are a very spiritual group of young men (God gives good favor to those who continually seek him). Momentum (They keep doing what you guys say is impossible), They're always underdog (We prefer it that way, it keeps our kids humble) , Hot bats (Check the stats). Good pitching (Mid 80mph heat from a Junior)......the list goes on. I do however wish both teams Godspeed......and may the kids be injury free and healthy. Gentlemen take your corners......the bell is about to ring.
