Yea but on the other hand we have the same number of students yall do give or take a few and for years we had to line up against these teams that you have put down. The thing is, kilgore has been bread that failure is not an option and it is not except, despite how big or small the school is. Over time the kids have sold into this mentality which in turn leads to success. IMO the size of the school, with in reason, has nothing to do with success but the attitude of the coaches, players, and community.

9-0 is a lot greater than 5-4. Dude you are one game from being 500. You can talk about schedules all you want but the three good teams that you have played are Kilgore, Gilmer, and Prestonwood. Losing to anybody else is not even in the good category. Yall are lucky that our offense played worse than they have played all year and our defense made tremendous mistakes and monsta could only get 10 points on the board. Now go ahead and be a monday morning quarterback and blame it on the play calling. That was the best that your Defense has played all year and as bad as we were playing on offense you still couldnt keep us out of the endzone. Bottom line is Kilgore took care of business when the game was on the line.

Hate to tell you this but a lot of people would rather listen to the game on the radio then go to Henderson to watch the game. Kinda feels like you are going to get mugged walking from your car.

we scrimmaged Hallsville at the beginning of the season and they are not that much to talk about and about them making the playoffs they will probably get third in that district. As for as Jax "which beat Carthage" we scrimmaged Carthage as well and if the score board would have been on, the points would have been in our favor. Who cares if Jax beat Carthage that is not saying much about Henderson. It is pretty obvious that we have not played Gilmer yet since they are the last game on our schedule I am counting them as one of the two good teams that you have played. So again the two good teams that you have played are Presentwood and Gilmer and your record is 5-3 so once again I have proved my point. Back to my original point the ALL MIGHTY Henderson lost to a J.V. team as you call them. At least Kilgore has not lost a game even though we have played "all J.V. teams" as you Henderson fans keep pointing out.

How can you keep comparing schedules? The schedule that Henderson has is not that impressive yall played one good team in pre-district and got the brakes beat off of you, other than that we play the same teams in district. You have played two good teams and you record is 5-3 so that means you lost to a j.v. team as you put it. Kinda funny didn't know all mighty Henderson could lose to a "J.V." team.

Yea but don't forget that Kilgore had one of the first turf fields around. We upgraded before everybody else, so of course ours is going to be the first to go. Also there wasn't many kinds of turf fields when we got ours so the choices were limited. It was top of the line when we got it.

I hope a few of the henderson folks on here are hungry cause come Friday night you will have a big plate of CROW to eat. WHEN Kilgore wins there will be certain people on here blaming it on the ref's or the person keeping the clock or somebody else. Cant be the fact that you got an old fashion butt kicking. Watch and see there will be for sure two on here crying about how Kilgore cheated in some way.

Gilmer and Gladewater can go back 500 years as far as I care but you will not face a team that plays as hard as when they play Kilgore. Everyone wants a piece of Kilgore and they bring their A game when they show up. Turnovers killed us the first half and even with 4 turnovers Kilgore's defense did not have more than a 5 play series the first half with Gladewater having the ball 9 series. To me that is lights out on defense. The only thing that is dictating is they could not move the ball on our D. And as far as being ranked 4th in the state who gives a #### what somebody sitting behind a desk thinks. One game at a time, one week at a time.
