This one might be just as bad as last week. Only thing hurt on the Yellow Jackets is their pride. Taking 4 teams to the playoffs is like getting a participation ribbion.

From what I'm reading and saw at the WO scrimmage they are very young and do not have that skill position play maker like they have had in the past. I watched the playoff game in Longview against HS and the guys that made the plays are all gone. Time will help Elysian Fields more than anything.

No dog in the hunt but if Bernard can play the way Deaky and EB Football talk #### then Elysian Fields may be in trouble, but then again Deaky is kind of hard to comprehend when he puts more than two sentences together. He is funny though.

Easy now, Hughes Springs has just as much right to be playing this week as any other school. Everyone has their own opinion and mine was that Centerville gave the Mustangs all they wanted. To be able to come back in the 4th and score 2 Td's against a team that runs the ball and controlls the clock like you guys do was pretty big. But to answer your questions the score was 27-28 in favor of HS so yes they should be playing this week.

Should be a good game between both schools. Sure would like to see the Spears kid in action 3000 total yards and 43 touchdowns then you have Martinez on the other side with 1800 plus yards rushing. Fans should get their money's worth.

Who would of thought these two would be meeting in the 4th round. Elysian Fields should be playing Centerville, those boys gave the Mustangs all they wanted and more last week.

Saw that Golden from Carthage was selected to the US Army Bowl. If I am correct thats 3 years in a row that Carthage has had a player playing in that game. Congrats

Man if The Bears are driving this far to play then I would sure hope they bring their A game. This would be a big win if they can pull it off.

Your right should be a great game. Jefferson is fast on both sides of the ball but so was Arp. Both teams have great coaches that will have their players ready come kickoff but if Troup can contain like they did against Arp this one could come down to the wire.

Troup has really turned things around with the addition of Coach Alexander. I guessing the Tigers take this one, good luck to both teams.
