  1. If you are just talking about people in the profession. LK has produced a ton of them. Cotton listed some head coaches previously, but you can add Brandon Green (HS), Scott Green (Lufkin), Cory Pate (HS), Justin Watson ( has coached at a few places not sure where he is now), Craig Fant (ATL) I am sure there are a ton more that we could list.
  2. I know they will be tougher than the other teams... and I have no ties to either team don't even live in the area. I just feel HS is a lot better than what they think and what others think and i don't know if EF is as good as what they think. I believe this could be the game that gets everyones attention in the state on actually how good HS is. Also just think if you still had the kid that got kicked out of school, would be unstoppable.
  3. EF is good this year... but HS seems to be at another level than anyone right now. I am going with the Stangs by 4 TD's.
  4. I completely agree that the kid and parent need to take some responisbility, but i am willing to bet this kid struggles year in and year out to pass and you know that is the case. So get together and make sure we can make this kid have a successful year...
  5. How does one of your best players fail? Shouldn't coaches and teachers be working together to check grades on a weekly basis? i know the kid has to put forth some want to, but to have a good school district and good student/athlete the teachers, coaches, and administration should work together to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen. Kids are kids and Seniors are Seniors but when athletes fail it looks bad on teachers and coaches.
  6. I'm not close to the situation, but all you can do is put your best 11 out there and no matter where you put them and how you change things up. At the end of the day more than likely your best 11 are out there. Coaches don't put kids out there that don't give them the best chance to win... So my conclusion is you just don't have enough pieces or athelets to compete. I am sure everything will turn around one day...MAYBE!!!
  7. 49-7... HS a little better than what people think and ND still not at HS level yet.
  8. Being from a place where year in and year out whether you went 10-0 or 0-10 the school board and some parents thought the coach didn't know what he was talking about. The funny thing to me is the people that complain are normally the ones miserable with there own life and have nothing better to do. All of this starts with kids that have no respect for authority and parents that believe that there little baby is the best thing since sliced bread. For some reason parents think the coaches put there favorites out there instead of the best ones. i dont think i have ever come across a coach that doesnt play is best 11 that will give him the best chance to win... RESPECT and REALITY!!!
