Washington 100% right. Timpson is classless. Yep I said it. Grapeland out of control? What a total load of donkey stuff. Late hit out of bounds by Timpson, their players refused to leave grapeland so de until escorted over. Halftime called 9 seconds early Timpson players walked all over deflated Sandie tunnel talking trash until cops stopped it. How would you say it was Grapeland? By the way we played tough and I wasn’t super impressed by Timpson. Especially their attitudes. SMH

Hey baby steps folks. Yes great summer in weight room and super young team. Very tough pre-district schedule also. They’ll get there it’ll just take some maturing and seasoning. There hasn’t been any bragging so chill. Tough week but it’s on the schedule right?

Sandies are definitely better but still very young. Lovelady showed their depth at running back and experience with returning starters. Home field helps too. I think having a turf field now (and practicing on it) may hurt the Sandies playing on natural grass as far as speed. Tough tough schedule and district so even though record may not show it they are much improved.

The game was different as you say than the score indicated. We should have won by 2 TD's. We were inside your 15 yard line 4 times and turned the ball over. Ok Ok time for me to chyme in here...First of all the coaches in Grapeland are 1st class. Secondly whoever confirmed all that #### you are talking Crockettdog is a liar. One coach was at ya'lls practice for one and a half practices. He is an ex Bulldog that from what I understand has always come to his ex teams practices and wasn't thinking about a scouting type deal. He was asked to leave and politely did. Cetainly not the head coach and certainly not sent there. Also all the talk? Come on by who? You are just trying to stir the pot. It's the one reason I didn't want us playing you all because Crockett is just full of controversy all the time about the town and the school. Don't drag us into ya'lls mess please. Well topher that's being a little rough I'm thinking...the line didn't #### it had it's moments...The Sandies should be fine with some underclasmen stepping in to fill some gaps...the travel is the worst part...sometimes I really don't understand the UIL...

#3 and ya'lls QB #15 played great. I told them so after the game. No if ands or buts our boys had a hangover from that 3 1/2 hour ride. Played much better overall in the second half. We are very young also. 4 freshmen were on defense in the second half. ...#4 first year as a running back/starter. QB and #7 played great too for us. Homecoming this week versus Overton. Stats on year. #5 -26 receptions for 808 yards and 6 TDs in 5 games. #12- QB 67/107 1410 yards 13 TD's and 3 INT's

The Grapeland Sandies JH football team beat Mt. Enterprise 38-8 tonight to finish (7-1) on the season and District Champions. The boys out scored their opponents 328-70 this season. The JH also has a combined record of (18-6) in three years.

I agree he is a not a classy guy at all.....Our coaches tonight pulled our starting QB at the half and put in 2nd stringer...we won 38-8.....could have easily won way worse but for what? What's the point? We are District Champs..7-1 overall...328 points to opponents 70 for the year and that's pulling starters out a lot...that coach you are talking about needs some humble pie......

Funny thing how certain schools always make stuff up....like "our JV played the entire 4th quarter". I actually was picking Groveton here,but that bull makes me want to jump ship. You didn't play your "JV" the entire 4th and your starting QB (who's Mom is from Grapeland) didn't leave till the LAST possession when number 15 came in. We scored 42 not because of trick plays, because we played well in some cases,especially in the second half...good grief...Oh and you were throwing the ball till the last minute in a classless move trying to run up the score..

Grapeland Jr.High 44 to 0 over Wortham Jr>high......7-1 on the year and undefeated in district play...game was 44 minutes long and 8th graders barely played....Future is bright in Sandieland!!

Oh come on...wherever you got that word of mouth please reveal the fool(fools)....I'm sure this wasn't said or was said by some idiot that coaches from the stands! Wayne Mahaffey is a quiet, unassuming, humble, Christian coach. He NEVER brags not even privately...what a stupid thing to say good grief..this validates exactly what I said originally about who posts on here.....You are just trying to create locker room material.....once again GOOD GRIEF! Oh and cocky? lol He has won a state championship, has many players that have played college football and twelve or so that have played Pro Football and still isn't cocky....those of us who know him are giggling even imagining him as cocky.

I've been quiet for a few years...first of all because this forum has been taken over by some really immature loudmouths that act like two year olds arguing back and forth.....2nd of all because I prefer to read actual stats etc. and parts of the forums where there aren't childish put downs over and over.....Most Grapeland fans haven't been saying squat on here at least as far as bragging...all this bull about us bragging? Uhm that would be one person...as far as I have seen no one else has said much at all...so how about you guys stop the Hillary act...lies lies lies...we may not win...it won't be the end of the world. We'll live on to play another day...I think there are a few people with short man syndrome on here...bragging to cover up your personal issues. We are a young team that has it's ups and downs...Hopefully we can get better with time...nope, no world beaters here, just some fine young men with some moral coaches trying to get better...I pick the Sandies to win..why?
