they most certainly do NOT......the only reason that they doing "whatever the Federal Government tells them to do" is because they don't have the balls to stand up for their TENTH AMENDMENT rights......hopefully, this issue will help some grow a pair and finally start the ball rolling back towards Constitutional government instead of the authoritarian one we have now.......
