So what is the district standings? I know ... HS 5-0 Hks 3-1 missing a game here LK 4-1 DF 2-2 and here PP 2-3 QC 1-4 RW 0-5

Pewitt and Redwater are to resume on Saturday.

Pewitt will be in the mix.

Pewitt played Redwater for 4 innings until the bottom fell out. It was 16-7. Suppose to finish it sometime.

Where can you get one of those at?

Pewitt lost 10-1. Gave up 9 runs in the first two innings. Changed pitchers and held them for 3 more innings. Tough game for Pewitt after having almost half our team running all day in the track meet and then running to the game.

I know Dekalb lost to Winnsboro. Pewitt lost to Bells and then Pewitt beat Winnsboro 12-11 in last game. Pewitt plays Dekalb tonight @ 6.

Are you going to the games?

Pewitt won 14-4 over Como-Pickton and will play Winnsboro tomorrow at 12:30.

Now you know me better than to have to ask that question.

We had similar problems at our game. We were behind by two with a man on third and second. First two pitches where way high and no calls from the ump. Everyone and I mean everyone including the pitcher from Commerce was shocked when he finally called a strike to called the batter out. Was proud for our coach and how he handled it.

12:30 and 6:00 game have been switched. PP plays CP at 6pm now.

Commerce beat Pewitt 8-6. Pewitt started 7 underclassman and I thought they played well.

Any word on what the plans will be if bad weather?

I know Pewitt is playing in it.

I watched this game last night just to see how good he is. He has a great shot and some quick feet. He would be a great guard for some college team. I unfortunately think his height is going to stop him from being an elite player. That is not a knock just an opinion. He has tremendous athletic ability and probably does shine at whatever he wants to do.

Pewitt can't wait to play Redwater either.

And ask anyone of those district opponents about who would they be worried about next year if we still had the same district. Guarantee Pewitt would be in the top 3.

You obviously haven't seen Pewitt's upcoming baseball players to rank them that low. Dekalb, Hooks, & Redwater know better. Pewitt will be competitive in all sports in this district.
