OL & RB play looks good; DL too, LB will improve, DBs could be the weakness on D. WR & QB play has to get better for us to win 6 or more.

All I have to say fellas is if Swoopes is the best QB on the 40 ac, then we are in serious trouble! 6-7 will seem like a tremendous accomplishment if we don't find a QB.

Why would the best DT recruit in 15+ years follow an offensive player who might not even play football next year (and if he does he'll RS or ride the bench at a&m) to one of the worst defensive teams in all of college football?! TCU or UT makes a lot more sense, but who knows with DM??!!

No shockers w/Murray. I'll still be surprised if he plays college FB or at least if he does so snytime soon. I still say he's a MLB guy. Very important that the Horns land Kai & Warren or Jamabo (if not both) and I'm still hoping for Mack. Anyone else would be great, but not "must haves" Would've really liked to have Lodge (assuming he goes aggy now), but Burt helps. Any players help the offense!

I'm in the Murray's all about MLB camp myself. I don't see him playing football.

I'm not convinced he's fast enough to be a TE. I think his confidence is shattered after last year. He was beat up more than Gilbert by the fan base & a change would be in his best interest. I think we sign 2 QBs, but one could be a late grad student add.

Eagle34: it's kinda apples to oranges comparing an athlete from the early 60's to one now, but Lilley was a monster, no doubt. However, Mack is a difference maker. He's today's Suh, but without the bad attitude. Toadies should be grateful they land him.

Horns do well if they get Kai & Soso. Boyd, Hill, Murray, & Lodge are going aggy. And Mack is a Frog, no doubt, and will be the best DT in the history of TCU.

If Yoe wins Region III again then they'll 4 peat. Mineola was impressive to be so young, but like this year, the best 3-4 teams in 3A Div 1 will all be from Region III.
