Shelbyville on the 1 first drive get stopped, dropped td b4 half. Missed opportunities in big games hurt ya, 4 fumbles on the ground and not recovered hurts as well. That win is a product of a team that has been in the same system for years. Shelbyville is talented and continues to get better every week.

New Diana is gonna stuggle this year without swain on the mound. Burton can throw hard but he is wild. He is way better in a closing situation than as a starter. If people will take an approach against him he is very beatable as a starter. In a closing situation he is hard as heck to hit because you are pressing to make something happen and its tough to make things happen fast off of him. If we wanna talk about all this dist then we can go to that thread but White Oak is gonna be battling for that dist. championship as well with the Tress kid back. Rankings mean nothing when it comes down to it.

I do think Beckville will still be better on offense even if QB isnt 100%, its hurts them yes but getting hit as soon as he catches it? Arp will not make it to the quarterfinals...not enough jimmy and joes...all playing both ways...bad when your starting QB HAS to start on defense. As for who wins this one...Beckville if Trey is at least able to hand the ball off and throw it down the field quickly.

The sacks were on account of it's really the 1st time the offensive line has seen anybody with a good pass rush up front with lots of loop stunts that could be seen from the stands...troups d line did a great job at rushing but it wasn't the difference in the game...you can't fumble and not score in the redzone and win games

The game where Beckville fumbled the 1st two drives they had setting up 13-0 lead then fumbled a pitch inside the redzone setting them back and forcing a 4th down where there was a wide open receiver and was barely over thrown and then another redzone appearance where a penalty or 2 forced another 4 and long situation and then another redzone situation with the same result of 4th and long...so as I said the defense didn't stop Beckville...Beckville stopped Beckville by mistakes that can't be made and haven't been made but reared its ugly head tonight...write em off as a poor lil ol 2a team stuck playing powerhouses in the big 3a district and take em lightly and wind up watching them in the 1st round and not the teams you think...they limit mistakes and they will be just fine...notice I'm not blaming anybody else but themselves...y'all make it sound like they r terrible and worthless and completely out matched but it's just not the case...they don't go away easy and as long as they don't crumble from the inside from this loss they will have a chance to surprise some folks

If you were there you know the game was closer than it was...Beckville offense stopped themselves with fumbles and penalties...the Bearcats will be alright...their youth showed up early in the game and took it a while to get on track...I wouldn't count them out just yet

Clock was bad but it was in yalls favor because you were trying to burn clock???? And refs were terrible and more so in favor of Hemphill so what the heck is the complaint about...your lineman held every play and got called once...we had like 6 penalties in a row on 1st and goal from the guy on your sideline...not to mention a botched onside kick call when your guy knocked the ball back across the 50 we recover and y'all get the ball...out defense played better and got the stops they needed and the offense played mediocre and still got the job done against a much bigger front than the Bearcats hence the Bearcats won

I don't know the stats from his other loss but I'd be willing to bet he hasn't given up that many hits all year
