Thanks EB. Here is what I wrote about the Eagles for theoldcoach.

In 2010, the Tatum Eagles return to the 2A ranks once again. The last time the Eagles spent time in the 2A classification Coach Andy Evans’ club went 26-4 over a two year stretch, captured a state title and played for another. After going 11-11 over the last two seasons while playing in the 3A ranks, Eagles fans should be excited about the possibilities of competing in 2A. The Tatum faithful can also be excited by the fact that the Eagles return some key pieces on both sides of the ball. Tatum’s offense will feature one of the better runningback tandems in 2A. Runningback B.J. Allen rushed for more than 1500 yards in 2009 and has the potential to score every time he touches the ball. He will be joined in the backfield by Brandon Woodard who piled up more than 1200 yards, while missing two games due to injury. Fellow senior Carl Watkins should see some carries as well in the Eagles’ offense. Senior Desmond Fite figures to take the majority of snaps at quarterback. But, junior Jaylen Overstreet could see some time at quarterback as well, when he is not lined up at wide receiver. Kendall Bell should see action at wide receiver along with speedster Phoenix Malone. Senior David Nelson will help anchor the offensive line. On defense, Coach Evans would like to improve upon the 27 points a game his team surrendered last season. Defensive end Cullen Stone was first team all-district in 2009 and should help solidify the defensive line. Hunter Liles, another first team all-district performer, will help lead the linebacking unit. Malone is yet another playmaker on defense from his free safety position. Allen, Woodard and Overstreet will likely all see time on the defensive side of the ball as well. Tatum will have as much speed and athleticism as any 2A team in the state. If Coach Evans can fill some holes left by graduation, particularly in the offensive line, the Eagles could make a deep run in the playoffs.

Good work Frank. I know that took some work.

I will add a couple of things for my L-K boys. Greg Stevens(RB/LB) is expected to help out a lot more than a couple of the kids that you were given names. And Linwood will probably play RB more than WR this next year(I did say "probably").

I read about that on another post. Busby is an all-district football player, basketball player, and one of the fastest guys in the region running the 200 in 21.8 and the 100 in 10.5. He is going to be fun to watch the next couple years.

Finney will win rings in Teague...The guy has a nack for winning. Best coaching hire of the year in any level IMO. Best of luck.
