vandalmom7575
My kiddos think I am addicted to SDC, I told them to hush and move from in front of my keyboard! They moved! I can't be here every day any way: Football players like to eat EVERY day, and I have 2 to feed! BIG RED, 'NOUGH SAID...Vandals by 10. Great football, regardless! vandalmom7575
:highfive: It's a deal! If Gilmer wins, all you Vandal homers can snort some our H2S sour gas from the Gilmer gas field.... Is it a deal? :flowers:
buckeyefan1984
no actually it didnt, that metaphor didnt even make sence consedering the cowboys won, maybe you should go back to 2nd grade where you could actually say something reasonably smart to make someone feel stupid becouse you obviously cant with adults. LOL, actually yes it did. Why don't you go back to my original post. Now then, look at the time that I made the post. When you're done with that task, you will discover that the post was made a couple of hours AFTER the Cowboys game was over...thus the mentioning of the lights going out in New York. The fact that the post went WAYYY over your head is indicative of the fact that more than 24 hours later, you STILL haven't figured it out. I guess it means that no one took the time to explain it to you... LOL. But since no one did, let's see if I can get the light bulb to come on for you. So here goes, try not to blink while reading because I would hate for you to miss it AGAIN. Yes, Dallas won the game...that was the point. The lights also went out in New York, which goes along with the Dallas win. Because people would prefer crawfish to crow, they would pick a weaker team over Daingerfield, a weaker team over Tatum, a weaker team over Gilmer, Carthage, Henderson, etc. etc. etc. Did I type slow enough for you? or do I need to spell slower and use smaller words? buckeyefan1984
LMAO, ill post your bond Kev if you would also take out those aggravating little people on the bottom his screen posts.... LEGAL disclaimer : the above remark was made as a joke and in no way was meant to violate any rules or laws from this website or any other website associated with Smoaky, its purpose was to continue to talk smack to other sports fans from different geographical areas of the state of Texas or even those lost souls in the state of Louisiana... Van still wins by 3 and all you bucket eyes have to drink Texas tea from the Van oil field.... The TDH, err crawfish is being delivered as we speak.
buckeyefan1984
Upset of the week. Van wins this one, and it may come easier than most think. I'm now solidly convinced that EA Sports has created a game for high school football. Let me guess, you've set the sliders for Gilmer to 0 and the sliders for Van at 100. You know that's cheating...right?
vandalmom7575
I have been working too many hours this week, and have not had the chance to get the "cheats" se, yet! I will get to it before Saturday, though! Really, BOTH teams got to the second round because they are on their game, NOT their GAMEboy... blackflag79
Does anyone know if you can get tickets to this game at either school BEFORE the game?? We are going to go watch and have not been to the playoffs ourselves in a while. I got this from the GilmerBuckeyes.com website: The Buckeyes will play the Van Vandals at 2:00 PM Saturday, in Tyler at TMF Rose Stadium. Tickets go on sale at the GISD Administration offices at 8:00 AM Tuesday morning and sell through 3:00 PM Thursday. Tickets will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. Tickets at the gate will be $7.00, and senior citizens passes will be accepted. TICKET AND GAME INFORMATION© RTS DESIGNS TICKET LINE: 903-841-7777 Don't know which school you're closest to, but the window for buying tickets before the game is narrowing. Gilmer is the visiting team this time.

blackflag79
blackflag, the email I received from VISD says Van is the visiting team. ?? I was probably told wrong. I thought we were the home team originally, too, until somebody I know told me different. I'll know for sure tonight, but I'm inclined to believe you because that is what I originally thought. Ima gonna give her a piece of my mind for making me think otherwise. I'll see her at church tonight and straighten her out. :whip: :getlost: You ARE gonna make some noise, AIN'T YA? It oughta be a pretty day for a LOUD crowd, unlike last Friday night. I was proud of our fans, though. It was a good crowd, considering that it rained the whole game. They stayed throughout and were pretty loud, too.

uncleB
to all the Buckeye family, QUESTION.......... has anyone heard from IMANUT??????? used to love reading her commentary last season, but have not seen her on here much if any this year.......... blackflag79
Yeah. Where the heck is she? I haven't seen her since "the incident". I'm hoping she didn't get grounded! I used to love reading her posts..... You don't think she got into oldbuckeye#62's tdh potion, do you? I hear he was looking for a few blond hairs and some female's toenail clippings for his last batch. You don't think...........OMG! NO! Maybe we should put out an A.P.B. on her..........you think?
ImaNut
I'm here!!!! :yelp: I was having some technical difficulties with the login and was forced to reduce myself to lurking for quite some time....finally have it resolved, I guess. And to explain my absence further, well, I guess I can do so without compromising the Buckeye Nation.... You see, during a secret meeting of the cabinet last year, it was determined that OB62 and his mule were just getting too dang old to continue to fulfill all his duties effectively. After the scare with Cuero and Navasota, it was determined that the TDH must be administered in more concentrated doses. So, during the meeting, I moved to station an operative in the area from which location the TDH could be released, and AOB being old and all, thought I said I'd move to the area, and before I knew it, I was living in Brenham (just outside of Cuero, Navasota, Caldwell, Sealy and Giddings)! Now, that would've been fine and dandy if anyone had bothered to look at the redistricting past the whole 16-3A district of doom thing, so, it appears that I will be moving back very, very soon! :D And, thanks uncleB and BF for asking. And a special shout out to killerb for noticing my absence during Daingerfield week! And, Franks, get ready...I've had almost a whole year to supply myself with pics of you Tiger fans!
