Guest
Gee guy don't get hurt. Tim Duncan is almost 40. They are old father time gets everyone. Nah, just seems all teams are on equal footing. The spurs are the most successful sports franchise I can think of. Pretty sure they ll be able to keep building. Valhalla said that. I think as long as Pops is coaching, they are championship contenders. Nobody cultivates and finds talent like the Spurs do. I think that can withstand the loss of their "Big 3" and still be championship contenders. Thank you.

Once he is gone they will still be a playoff team, but they will be like the Denver Nuggets were the past few seasons. They might win 50+ games just because of their depth, but ultimately they will not succeed in the playoffs. You just don't replace at top 10 all time player with depth. At least that's my opinion. Crawford
Maybe it's just me, but it seems ridiculously long between games. Game 1 on Thursday and game 2 is not till Sunday, when both games are in SA. I'm sure it has something to do with money. What doesn't?

Crawford
*SA sets a NBA record with the best shooting performance (76%) in the first half *SA sets a NBA record of 38 road wins in the playoffs. *Miami first home playoff game lost this season. 111-92 Spurs final Spurs up 2-1 in series. Spurs were on a mission in game 3 and mission accomplished. Just don't let up!!!!
Coach Rab
Yeah, but those 3 are the difference between a championship caliber team and a just a good regular season team. Here is something to think about... How many championships did David Robinson win before Tim Duncan came along? 0. After, 2... I would say that Tim Duncan is the X-Factor in all of this. Nothing flashy, but consistent, sound, solid basketball night after night and has been for 15 years.
Guest
Said it last year will say it again. . Top to bottom spurs are just a much better team. But lebron is definitely the best player on the court. He had just enough help last year to win. Not this year. Spurs are just too good.
Crawford
Miami without LeBron is like the Bulls in the 90's without Jordon. Difference is, the heat are just average, if that without LeBron, where as the Bulls were still pretty good.without Jordon.
Guest
Spurs in 4. It's gonna be a bloodbath Should've been 4. We missed those free throws in game 2. Other than that it has not been close. Spurs are the much better team.
fabio
I had a feeling spurs would dominate games 3 & 4. But the heat will win this series. No question about it!
Crawford
I think the biggest difference in this series so far is Popovich. He is a wizard at making adjustments. No disrespect to Spoelstra, but he's not even close to of a coach Pop is.

DLine06
I think the biggest difference in this series so far is Popovich. He is a wizard at making adjustments. No disrespect to Spoelstra, but he's not even close to of a coach Pop is. I disagree. Pop is a better coach but the big issue with this finals is the quality of DEPTH. Kawhi, Danny Green, Boris Diaw, Tiago Splitter and even 3 point king Marco Ballenlli have all gotten so much better and, the Heat don't have an answer other than Lebron. Bosh can have the game of his life along with Lebron and still will have question about how to stop the pick and roll as well as the interior passing from the paint between Diaw/Splitter/Duncan. Last nights game, all thirteen playoff eligible players on the Spurs scored a basket. Chalmers is patheic as a point guard, Wade is starting to play either fatigued or Roy Hibbert in a 2 guard body and, overall are just shell shocked. I think the Heat can pull off the next two but, Spurs hoist it this year.

Stoney
Spurs just want it more. Plain and simple. You let guys drive the lane like that and dont contest a single one. That's sad. Loved the qoute the other night after one of the multiple pass buckets. "that play should be on sportscenter. It wont be because it didnt end in a dunk."lol I'm glad someone talked Pop into getting miked. The way he talked and handled Leonard & Green showed just how great a coach he is. Had the Spurs in 7. Hopefully it ends Sunday for Lebrons cramps and tummy problems sake.
Valhalla
Heat spent a lot of money for what they're getting. Current Salary Cap: $58,679,000 San Antonio Cap Hit: $74,677,468 ($15,998,468 over salary cap) Miami Cap Hit: $81,530,213 ($22,851,213 over salary cap) So does San Antonio. Crawford
Not one! Not two! But three straight blowouts from the San Antonio Spurs against the world champs. Ya got to love it! I think this embarrassing beat down finals lost for Miami should definitely give Lebron and the Heat some humility. Spurs 104-87 final *On a side note, I love the fact that only my Dallas Mavericks were able to take SA to a game 7. .
