Nibali just had the iron-nads to get the job done this year is all. 2300 miles on a bike? Dude should get a truck load of spagetti or something. All they found in his system was tomato sauce, garlic, pressed grapes and mozzarella. When they performed his post-race physical they did find one peculiarity though.
